乌海市服务业发展对策研究

【摘要】：乌海市位于自治区西南部,是依托资源优势而崛起的新兴工业城市。进入“十二五”以来,乌海市的目标是要打造成为自治区西部区域中心城市,以工业为主导、大力发展服务业。工业和服务业相伴相生、密不可分。近年来,乌海市制定了一系列鼓励和支持服务业发展的政策,无论是在总量,还是在结构上乌海市服务业都发生了较大的变化,呈现出强劲的发展势头。服务业的快速发展,不仅壮大了市域经济的总量,更为城市繁荣,增加财政收入,扩大就业作出了贡献。本文从公共管理的视角就乌海市服务业的发展作一研究。
[Abstract]:Wuhai City is located in the southwest of the autonomous region, and is a rising industrial city relying on the advantages of resources. Since the "12th Five-Year Plan", the goal of Wuhai City is to become a central city in the western region of the autonomous region, with industry as the leading city and vigorously develop the service industry. Industry and services go hand in hand, inseparable. In recent years, Wuhai City has formulated a series of policies to encourage and support the development of the service industry. Both in the total amount and in the structure of the service industry in Wuhai City, great changes have taken place, showing a strong momentum of development. The rapid development of the service industry not only strengthens the total amount of the city economy, but also makes the contribution to the prosperity of the city, the increase of the revenue and the expansion of the employment. This paper makes a study on the development of service industry in Wuhai City from the perspective of public administration.
