西安服务外包与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代服务业迅速崛起,信息网络技术的推动增强了服务全球化趋势。服务业转移开始,各国将目光逐渐转移到服务外包这一新服务业形式,通过服务外包的方法在全球配置资源,寻求最低成本和优势,中国也面临着由世界制造中心向世界服务中心转变,而加快服务外包产业发展,有助于推动这种产业转型,服务外包的发展对带动国民经济的发展有重要意义,西安作为西部的主要城市,被国家第一批批准的服务外包示范城之一,对西安来说是促进经济发展很好的一次机遇,在这样的大背景下,赋予了研究服务外包与西安经济两者间关系这一课题重要意义。 文章力求在相关理论及研究文献的指导之下,探寻服务外包同经济增长存在怎样的关系,以西安为例,结合西安的服务外包发展现状,从定性和定量两个方面看,定性方面分析的主要目的在于,看服务外包通过贸易、技术外溢、产业结构调整和就业这几方面促进经济增长的可能性和合理性,从现象上说明各途径如何对经济起作用；定量方而的分析主要通过选取西安软件外包行业的数据进行实证检验,用格兰杰因果关系检验两者存在因果关系,回归分析作用途径影响大小及原因,最后,结合文章对西安服务外包发展现状的描述以及实证检验的结论,从企业和政府以及人才培养上给出建议,提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of service industry in 1990's, the trend of service globalization has been enhanced by the promotion of information network technology. With the beginning of service industry transfer, countries gradually shift their attention to service outsourcing, which is a new service industry form. Through the method of service outsourcing, it allocates resources in the world to seek the lowest cost and advantage. China is also facing the transition from a world manufacturing center to a world service center. Speeding up the development of the service outsourcing industry will help to promote the transformation of this industry. The development of service outsourcing is of great significance to the development of the national economy. As a major city in the west, Xi'an is one of the first demonstration cities of service outsourcing approved by the state. It is a good opportunity for Xi'an to promote economic development. Under such a background, The research on the relationship between service outsourcing and Xi'an economy is of great significance. Under the guidance of relevant theories and research documents, this paper tries to explore the relationship between service outsourcing and economic growth. Taking Xi'an as an example, combining the current situation of service outsourcing development in Xi'an, it looks from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The main purpose of qualitative analysis is to see the possibility and rationality of service outsourcing to promote economic growth through trade, technology spillover, industrial structure adjustment and employment. Quantitative analysis mainly through the selection of Xi'an software outsourcing industry data for empirical testing, with Granger causality test between the existence of causality, regression analysis of the impact of the role of the size and reasons, finally, Based on the description of the current situation of service outsourcing in Xi'an and the conclusion of empirical test, this paper gives some suggestions from enterprises, governments and personnel training.
