欣涛公司精益生产应用研究

【摘要】:热熔胶诞生于上世纪60年代。作为无毒害、无污染、储运方便等特性的环保型高效粘合剂,因其顺应时代需要,近年来得以迅猛发展,成为当前国际胶粘剂工业发展的主流。近年来,高新技术的应用极大的促进了橡胶行业的发展,我国业已成为世界上重要的热熔胶制品生产大国。目前,国内橡胶企业的生产管理是制约着企业前进的一个重要因素,市场预测偏差造成的浪费,大量在制品,大量场地存储库存品,生产周期无法提升。企业内部生产管理改革势在必行。精益生产理论是通过在生产现场推动落实6S管理,目的是营造规范,整洁的工作环境。通过严格优化生产线布局,持续优化生产流程,改善原料库存水平,达到杜绝浪费、降低成本、提高品质的效果,进而提升企业绩效,最终从整体上增强企业的竞争能力。本文主要研究了在橡胶制品市场需求多品种,小批量的环境下,橡胶企业如何改善自身提高在市场上的竞争力。通过对欣涛公司的实际分析思考,论文系统分析了欣涛公司管理上存在的问题,把精准生产的管理思想导入企业,找到适合欣涛公司的有效管理机制,进而改进了欣涛公司的生产管理和流程,显著改善了企业的成品品质,缩短了企业的交货期,提升了欣涛公司的竞争能力。
[Abstract]:Hot melt adhesive was born in the 60 s of last century. As a non-toxic, pollution-free and convenient environmental friendly adhesive, it has been developed rapidly in recent years and has become the mainstream of the international adhesive industry because it conforms to the needs of the times. In recent years, the application of high and new technology has greatly promoted the development of rubber industry, China has become an important hot melt adhesive products production countries in the world. At present, the production management of domestic rubber enterprises is an important factor restricting the progress of enterprises, the waste caused by market forecast deviation, a large number of in-process products, a large number of space storage inventory, the production cycle can not be improved. Internal production management reform is imperative. Lean production theory is to promote the implementation of 6 S management in the production site, in order to create a standard, clean working environment. Through strict optimization of production line layout, continuous optimization of production process, improvement of stock level of raw materials, the effect of eliminating waste, reducing cost and improving quality is achieved, and then the enterprise performance is improved, and finally the competitiveness of the enterprise is strengthened as a whole. This paper mainly studies how to improve the market competitiveness of rubber enterprises under the environment of many varieties and small quantities of rubber products. Through the practical analysis and thinking of Xintao Company, the paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the management of Xintao Company, introduces the management thought of precision production into the enterprise, and finds out the effective management mechanism suitable for Xintao Company. Furthermore, the production management and process of Xintao Company are improved, the quality of finished products is improved, the delivery time is shortened, and the competitive ability of Xintao Company is enhanced.
