基于SCOR模型的锡矿集团煤炭供应链绩效管理研究

【摘要】：当前煤炭行业生产能力富余致使煤炭业市场格局结构出现生产能力大于消费能力的情况,在需求相对稳定的情况下,煤炭价格受到严重影响,煤炭行业持续不景气。供应链管理作为企业管理的重要一环,为应对市场环境诸多不利因素的影响,企业应从供应链上下游对其绩效进行考评并实施有效控制。煤炭企业应合理运用供应链运作参考模型——SCOR模型,通过对SCOR模型的分析为煤炭企业制定行之有效的绩效评价指标,并结合煤炭企业实际情况对供应链绩效评价指标进行定性分析和定量分析,根据相关的指标结果找到煤炭企业关于供应链绩效管理存在的漏洞,针对漏洞提出改进措施。同时在供应链的重要节点处施加重要手段,以期实现煤炭企业供应链管理科学高效发展,加快绿色、协调、可持续矿山的建设脚步。
[Abstract]:At present, the surplus of the production capacity of the coal industry leads to the situation that the production capacity is larger than the consumption capacity in the structure of the coal market. Under the condition of relatively stable demand, the coal price is seriously affected, and the coal industry continues to be depressed. Supply chain management (SCM) is an important part of enterprise management. In order to deal with the influence of many unfavorable factors in market environment, enterprises should evaluate its performance from the upstream and downstream of supply chain and implement effective control. The coal enterprise should reasonably use the supply chain operation reference model, the SCOR model through the analysis of the coal enterprise to establish the effective performance evaluation index. Combined with the actual situation of coal enterprises, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of supply chain performance evaluation indicators, according to the results of relevant indicators to find coal enterprises on the supply chain performance management loopholes, put forward improvement measures for the loopholes. At the same time, the important means are applied at the important nodes of the supply chain in order to realize the scientific and efficient development of supply chain management of coal enterprises and accelerate the construction of green, coordinated and sustainable mines.
