浙能集团企业文化建设研究
[Abstract]:In all fields of society, after certain exploration and accumulation, the corresponding culture will be formed, such as family culture, corporate culture, campus culture and so on. These different cultural expressions, on the one hand, reflect the development characteristics of their respective fields, on the other hand, they present the role of culture very intuitively, so that the public can better relax their culture in various fields. Thus the targeted selection of their own development needs to meet the needs of the culture. In many forms of cultural expression, the content of corporate culture is very rich, which can often reflect the culture of various fields of society, such as from the corporate culture to reflect the campus culture, from the corporate culture to reflect the culture of government governance, and so on. At the same time, corporate culture plays a very important role in the process of enterprise development, and increasingly becomes the focus of modern enterprise development field. Thanks to the emphasis on corporate culture and in the modern market environment of encouraging competition, the position of corporate culture in the development of enterprises has been continuously improved, which has become the key issue of enterprise development. But in the development of many enterprises, they do not pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture, which makes the construction of enterprise culture difficult to meet the actual needs of employees, resulting in the stagnation of enterprise development until it is eliminated by competitors. Based on these reasons, this paper takes the enterprise culture construction of Zhongneng Group as the research object, selects the enterprise culture of Zhongneng Group from many corporate cultures as the starting point of the research, and attempts to analyze the enterprise culture construction of the Zhongneng Group. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of Zhongneng Group, and puts forward the targeted enterprise culture construction strategy, which will contribute to the enterprise culture construction of the Zhongneng Group and even other enterprises in our country. This paper studies the corporate culture of Zhongneng Group. The research content is divided into six parts: introduction, theoretical basis of corporate culture, general situation of Zhongneng Group, investigation and analysis of the present situation of enterprise culture construction in Zhongneng Group. The implementation, conclusion and prospect of enterprise culture construction in Zhongneng Group include theoretical analysis, problem analysis and countermeasure analysis, which can provide practical methods for the development of enterprise culture of Zhongneng Group. In order to better improve the level of corporate culture construction of Zhejiang Group. In the research of this paper, the research methods are literature method, questionnaire method and comparative analysis method, through the literature method to understand the specific content of the current research theory on corporate culture construction, so as to find the breakthrough point of this study; By means of comparative analysis, this paper compares the enterprise culture of Zhejiang Neng Group with that of electric power enterprise, analyzes the characteristics of enterprise culture of Zhejiang Energy Group, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture of Zhejiang Energy Group by means of questionnaire survey. Then the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward in view of these problems. Through the research of this paper, it is concluded that the main problems in the enterprise culture construction of Zhongneng Group are: lack of good learning culture, lack of supervision on the achievements of enterprise culture construction, lack of good communication and communication culture, Enterprise culture construction method is relatively single. In view of this, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from four aspects: strengthening the learning and practice of enterprise culture of managers, establishing the mechanism of supervision and acceptance of enterprise culture learning results, and constructing a culture of communication and communication without hindrance. The adoption of diversified methods of corporate culture construction reflects the effect of corporate culture, thus using these strategies to help Zhongneng Group to better improve the level of corporate culture construction and promote the better development of enterprises of Zhongneng Group.
