PG公司人力资源管理问题诊断及对策建议

【摘要】:企业的人力资本已经成为组织形成其竞争优势的重要来源,企业经营战略的实施有赖于企业独特的、难以模仿的人力资源优势。优质人力资源的获取和先进的人力资源管理成为制约企业生存和发展的关键。PG公司是隶属于辽宁省电力有限公司的国有大二型供电企业,担负着盘锦市及辽河油田工农业生产和人民生活的供电任务。面对逐渐加剧的市场竞争和不断变化的内外部环境,PG公司必须引入先进的人力资源管理理念和方法才能获得企业人力资源管理水平和成效的提升,以强化企业竞争优势,增强企业整体实力,从而不断发展和壮大企业。 本研究在对相关人力资源理论进行文献梳理的基础上,对PG公司当前的内外部经营环境进行了分析,总结出当前PG公司自身的优势和劣势以及面对的机遇和挑战;通过实地考察、深度访谈和调查问卷相结合的方式,指出PG公司人力资源管理方面的诸多问题。以人力资源管理相关理论为基础,结合PG公司当前人力资源管理中的不足,本研究提出了改善PG公司人力资源管理的对策和建议。 主要有:(1)引进员工心理援助计划,对公司员工的目前心理状况进行评估和诊断,实行弹性工作时间,为员工营造支持性的工作“软环境”;(2)定期进行培训需求的调查,增加培训方式,提高管理人员管理技能,完善培训开发体系;(3)加强考核反馈,建立员工考核投诉机制,完善绩效考核管理;(4)采用多种精神激励方法,创新激励机制。
[Abstract]:The human capital of the enterprise has become an important source for the organization to form its competitive advantage. The implementation of the enterprise management strategy depends on the unique and difficult to imitate the advantage of human resources. The acquisition of high quality human resources and the advanced management of human resources become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. PG Company is a state-owned sophomore power supply enterprise belonging to Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd. Panjin City and Liaohe Oilfield bearing the power supply task of industrial and agricultural production and people's life. In the face of increasing market competition and changing internal and external environment, PG must introduce advanced human resource management concepts and methods in order to enhance the level and effectiveness of enterprise human resources management, so as to strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises. Enhance the overall strength of enterprises, so as to continue to develop and strengthen enterprises. On the basis of literature review of relevant human resources theory, this study analyzes the current internal and external business environment of PG Company, summarizes the current strengths and weaknesses of PG Company and the opportunities and challenges faced by PG Company. Through the combination of field investigation, in-depth interview and questionnaire, this paper points out many problems in PG company's human resource management. Based on the theory of human resource management and the deficiency of PG company's current human resource management, this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve PG's human resource management. The main contents are as follows: (1) introducing employee psychological assistance plan, evaluating and diagnosing the current psychological condition of employees, implementing flexible working hours and creating a "soft environment" for employees to work in support; (2) conducting regular training demand surveys. Increase training methods, improve management skills of managers, improve the training development system; (3) strengthen feedback assessment, establish employee complaints mechanism, improve performance management; (4) adopt a variety of spiritual incentives, innovative incentive mechanism.
