基于低碳模式的湖北省电动汽车产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：资源压力与环境压力是当前阻碍世界发展的两大课题，中国也毫不例外。近年来，我国经济发展和资源、环境之间的矛盾的解决已刻不容缓，雾霾天气的恶化更是彰显了这种矛盾的加剧。我国石油资源对外依赖性不断加强，石油进口比例已经超过50%，国家能源危机已渐显初倪。为了确保国家能源安全，实现环境改善、资源节约的中长期目标，中国已先后提出了可持续发展战略和低碳经济发展理念。电动汽车是未来高新技术产业发展项目之一，处于我国产业结构的优化和升级中较重要的一部分，有助于提高我国的核心竞争力。新形势下的我国的能源战略把重点放在新清洁能源的研究和开发上。汽车尾气排放已经成为造成环境污染的重要因素之一，因此如何减少汽车污染已成为了中国一个主要的研究课题。电动汽车较传统的内燃发电机汽车具有污染低、能耗少，性能高的特点，对实现节约资源以及改善环境条件有重大的推进作用。因此，世界各地都加强了对电动汽车研发，力争实现电动汽车取代传统汽车的目标。湖北省作为我国汽车生产重要基地，也是工业重镇，资源和环境问题比较突出，电动汽车产业的发展可使交通领域这种矛盾得到解决，同时还可以加快产业结构调整步伐。在我国积极发展新能源汽车的政策引导下，湖北省如何能成为国内乃至世界享誉的电动汽车生产基地是我们值得研究的课题。 本文共分为七章，由浅入深地对湖北省电动汽车产业的发展战略进行了深刻的分析。第一章的主要内容包括以下几个方面：研究背景、研究意义、研究方法和国内外研究状况。第二章内容主要集中于相关概念和理论基础，该章节是分析电动汽车产业发展战略的理论支撑。第三章包括问卷调查和模型的建立，在此基础上对影响消费者购买电动汽车的因素做深入的分析，从而得出技术成熟度、基础设施建设、国家政策、电动汽车经济型和个人价值观对电动汽车发展有深刻的影响。第四章则对湖北省电动汽车产业发展的内、外部环境做了重点得分析。第五章则是对国外主要国家的电动汽车行业的发展状况进行了总结，并指出对湖北省的重要借鉴作用。基于以上几章的分析，本文在第六章提出了湖北省电动汽车产业发展战略的选择、制定、实施和控制措施。
[Abstract]:Resource pressure and environmental pressure are the two major problems that hinder the development of the world at present, and China is no exception. In recent years, it is urgent to solve the contradiction between economic development, resources and environment in China, and the deterioration of haze weather shows the aggravation of this contradiction. Our country's petroleum resources depend on the outside constantly, the oil import ratio has already exceeded 50%, the national energy crisis has gradually appeared. In order to ensure the national energy security, achieve the long-term goal of environmental improvement and resource conservation, China has put forward the sustainable development strategy and low-carbon economic development concept. Electric vehicle (EV) is one of the development projects of high-tech industry in the future. It is an important part in the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure, which will help to improve the core competitiveness of our country. Under the new situation, China's energy strategy focuses on the research and development of new clean energy. Automobile exhaust emission has become one of the important factors of environmental pollution, so how to reduce vehicle pollution has become a major research topic in China. Compared with the traditional internal combustion generator vehicles, electric vehicles have the characteristics of low pollution, less energy consumption and high performance, which play an important role in saving resources and improving environmental conditions. Therefore, all over the world has stepped up the development of electric vehicles, strive to achieve the goal of electric vehicles to replace traditional vehicles. Hubei Province, as an important base of automobile production in China, is also an important industrial town. The problems of resources and environment are prominent. The development of electric vehicle industry can solve this contradiction in the field of transportation, and at the same time, it can speed up the pace of industrial structure adjustment. Under the guidance of the policy of developing new energy vehicles in China, it is worth studying how Hubei Province can become a famous electric vehicle production base in China and even the world. This paper is divided into seven chapters, from the shallow to the depth of Hubei electric vehicle industry development strategy for a profound analysis. The main contents of the first chapter are as follows: research background, research significance, research methods and research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter focuses on the related concepts and theoretical basis, which is the theoretical support for the analysis of the development strategy of the electric vehicle industry. The third chapter includes the questionnaire survey and the establishment of the model, on the basis of which the factors that affect consumers' purchase of electric vehicles are analyzed in depth, and the technological maturity, infrastructure construction, national policies are obtained. Electric vehicle economy and personal values have a profound impact on the development of electric vehicles. The fourth chapter focuses on the internal and external environment of the development of electric vehicle industry in Hubei Province. The fifth chapter summarizes the development of electric vehicle industry in foreign countries and points out the important reference to Hubei Province. Based on the analysis of the above chapters, this paper puts forward the selection, formulation, implementation and control measures of the development strategy of electric vehicle industry in Hubei Province in the sixth chapter.
