我国食品企业危机管理策略研究

【摘要】:民以食为天,食品事件关乎每个人的切身利益。然而近年来国内外食品企业安全事故的频频发生,从之前的“大头娃娃”事件到如今的“毒饮料”事件,食品企业的危机从来都没有像今天这样引起社会媒体和政府的关注,如何让人吃得放心,吃得安全,,已是当下最为关注的问题。食品安全危机事件的爆发,由于处理不当,不仅让老百姓对企业失去信任,而且一旦负面消息频出,会影响企业的生存,对企业造成的损失有时是毁灭性的,甚至引起社会恐慌,造成社会危机。为此,企业具备高效的危机管理应对能力尤为重要。 本文结合国内外企业危机管理的现状,以食品企业危机管理为落脚点,系统的研究了我国食品企业危机管理的策略。接着,结合我国食品企业三鹿集团、煌上煌集团以及肯德基集团应对食品安全危机的实际情况,从公关和沟通两方面剖析与实证对比,最后,指出目前我国食品企业在危机管理上存在的问题,并为之献言献策,以期对食品企业在危机事件处理上提供理论支持,使企业快速平稳的发展。
[Abstract]:People take food as the day, and food matters to everyone's vital interests. However, in recent years, the safety accidents of food enterprises at home and abroad have occurred frequently. From the "Big head Doll" incident before to the "toxic Beverage" incident today, the crisis of food enterprises has never attracted the attention of social media and the government as it is today. How to let people eat safely, has been the most concerned issue. The outbreak of the food safety crisis, due to improper handling, not only makes the common people lose trust in the enterprise, but also once the negative news comes out frequently, it will affect the survival of the enterprise, and the losses caused to the enterprise are sometimes devastating. Even cause social panic, cause social crisis. Therefore, it is very important for enterprises to have efficient crisis management ability. Based on the current situation of crisis management in domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper systematically studies the strategy of crisis management of food enterprises in our country, taking the crisis management of food enterprises as the foothold. Then, combining the actual situation of Sanlu Group, Huangshanghuang Group and KFC Group to deal with the crisis of food safety, we analyze and compare them from two aspects of public relations and communication. Finally, This paper points out the problems existing in the crisis management of food enterprises in our country at present, and offers advice to them in order to provide theoretical support for the handling of crisis events in food enterprises, so as to make the enterprises develop rapidly and smoothly.
