美元本位货币体系的不对称性分析

【摘要】：美国持续几十年的贸易收支逆差和新兴经济体巨额的外汇储备积累体现了全球经济发展的极度失衡,其核心原因是当前美元本位货币体系的不对称性质。当前美元本位制下的四个不对称性表现为:一国的国别货币(美元)作为主导的国际储备货币;最重要的商品以及包括石油在内的原材料基本用美元交易结算;国际收支调整的严重不对称性;国际货币基金组织和世界银行治理结构的严重不对称性。本文认为要彻底解决国际货币体系的不对称性问题,就必须创设一种超主权世界货币作为公共品,但这面临着政治、利益、技术等层面上的重重困难。因而,这注定是一个长期的过程。
[Abstract]:America's decades-long trade deficit and the huge accumulation of foreign exchange reserves in emerging economies represent a profound imbalance in the global economy. The core reason is the asymmetric nature of the current dollar standard currency system. The four asymmetries under the current dollar standard system are as follows: one country's national currency (US dollar) is the dominant international reserve currency; The most important commodities and raw materials, including oil, are basically settled in US dollars. The serious asymmetry in the governance structure of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. In order to solve the problem of asymmetry in the international monetary system, we must create a super-sovereign world currency as a public good, but this is facing politics. Benefits, technical difficulties, and so on. Therefore, this is destined to be a long-term process.
