我国新型农村合作经济的金融支持研究

【摘要】：“三农”问题是当前乃至今后很长一段时间内影响我国经济持续、稳定、健康发展和社会稳定的重大问题之一。在社会主义新农村建设和现代农业推进的整个进程中,新型农村合作经济是必经之路。而农村金融制度作为新型农村合作经济发展中最为重要的资本要素配置制度,无疑将成为农村经济改革中的一个焦点。我国新型农村合作经济发展离不开金融的支持。但是从目前的情况来看,社会资金的大部分流向比较效益高的非农部门,缺乏合适有效的金融供给,无法满足农村合作经济主体的融资需求构成了当前农村经济发展的困境。 本文在此背景之下,对我国农村金融支持新型农村合作经济发展的现状、存在的问题及其成因进行较为全面和系统地研究,依据金融支持理论,同时,借鉴国外经验,运用实证研究方法,提出了新型农村合作经济金融支持的建议及对策,并找出适合我国国情和新型农村合作经济发展的金融支持道路。全文共分为七章： 第一章：绪论。本章包括选题背景、研究目的和意义、国内外对农村合作经济金融支持相关研究综述、研究的主要内容和技术路线。 第二章：新型农村合作经济及组织概念和特征阐述。界定了合作经济、农村合作经济、新型农村合作经济组织的范围。对本文涉及的有关农村合作经济的金融支持理论作出阐述。论述了农村合作经济发展与农村金融支持的关系。 第三章：从我国新型农村合作经济组织金融需求、金融信贷供给主体、金融市场发展与创新和金融基础设施建设、金融扶持政策五个方面,详细介绍新型农村合作经济金融支持的现状。 第四章：阐述我国新型农村合作经济金融支持存在的问题及原因分析。对应现状中我国新型农村合作经济组织金融需求、金融信贷供给主体、金融市场发展与创新和金融基础设施建设、金融扶持政策五个方面的存在问题和原因进行分析。 第五章：通过对发达国家美国、日本、法国,发展中国家印度、孟加拉国、巴西的农村合作经济的金融支持研究和总结,对我国农村合作经济金融支持发展具有现实的借鉴意义和启示。 第六章：对我国农村合作经济金融供给与需求做了分析,运用灰色关联度方法,对农村金融规模、农村金融发展结构和农村金融发展效率与农村合作经济发展的关系进行了分析。指出农村金融发展规模指标对农村合作经济增长的促进作用最大,即农村金融规模的扩大能够最大程度促进农村合作经济增长。 第七章：从我国新型农村合作经济组织金融需求、金融信贷供给主体、金融市场发展与创新和金融基础设施建设、金融扶持政策五个方面的角度论述了农村合作经济金融支持的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is one of the major problems affecting the sustained, stable, healthy development and social stability of China's economy for a long time to come. In the whole process of the construction of the new socialist countryside and the advancement of modern agriculture, The new rural cooperative economy is the only way, and the rural financial system is the most important allocation system of capital elements in the development of the new rural cooperative economy. There is no doubt that it will become a focal point in the rural economic reform. The development of the new rural cooperative economy in our country cannot be separated from the support of finance. But from the current situation, most of the social funds flow to the more efficient non-agricultural sectors. The lack of appropriate and effective financial supply and the inability to meet the financing needs of the main body of rural cooperative economy constitute the predicament of the development of rural economy. Under this background, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the current situation, existing problems and their causes of rural finance supporting the development of new rural cooperative economy in China, according to the theory of financial support, and at the same time, draws lessons from foreign experience. Using the empirical research method, this paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of the new rural cooperative economy and financial support, and finds out the financial support road suitable for the national conditions of our country and the development of the new rural cooperative economy. The full text is divided into seven chapters:. Chapter 1: introduction. This chapter includes the background, purpose and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research on rural cooperative economic and financial support, the main content and technical route. The second chapter: the new rural cooperative economy and its organizational concept and characteristics, defines the cooperative economy, rural cooperative economy, The scope of the new rural cooperative economic organization. This paper expounds the financial support theory of rural cooperative economy, and discusses the relationship between the development of rural cooperative economy and rural financial support. The third chapter: from the new rural cooperative economic organization financial demand, financial credit supply main body, financial market development and innovation and financial infrastructure construction, financial support policy, five aspects, The current situation of new rural cooperative economy and finance support is introduced in detail. Chapter 4th: explain the problems and reasons of the new rural cooperative economy and finance support in our country. According to the current situation, the new rural cooperative economic organization financial demand, financial credit supply main body, The problems and causes of financial market development and innovation and financial infrastructure construction and financial support policy are analyzed. Chapter 5th: financial support for rural cooperative economies in developed countries, including the United States, Japan, France, developing countries India, Bangladesh and Brazil, It has practical significance and enlightenment to support the development of rural cooperative economy and finance in China. Chapter 6th: the supply and demand of rural cooperative economy and finance in China are analyzed, and the scale of rural finance is analyzed by using the method of grey correlation degree. The relationship between the structure of rural financial development and the efficiency of rural financial development and the development of rural cooperative economy is analyzed. It is pointed out that the index of scale of rural financial development plays the most important role in promoting the growth of rural cooperative economy. That is, the expansion of rural financial scale can promote rural cooperative economic growth to the greatest extent. Chapter 7th: from the new rural cooperative economic organization financial demand, financial credit supply main body, financial market development and innovation and financial infrastructure construction, This paper discusses the policy suggestions of rural cooperative economy and finance support from five aspects of financial support policy.
