中国商业银行国际化经营实证研究

经历了过去六十多年的全面深化改革之后,中国金融业全面开放的时代己经到来,外资金融机构与国内银行可以在完全的平等的条件下开展竞争。我国商业银行国际化经营是我国银行业参与世界竞争的前提,银行国际化经营已是当今我国银行业改革和发展的一个必然的趋势。目前,我国商业银行的国际化经营还处于初级阶段,存在着一定的不足之处。因此,对我国银行国际化经营的研究,是一个有现实意义的问题。本文首先对银行跨国经营的理论进行了介绍,明确了我们的研究框架。而后以银行国际化理论和实证研究成果的为基础,并结合我国实际,从三个方面对我国商业银行国际化的决定因素进行回归分析。实证研究结果如下;首先,银行资产规模（BSIZE）和银行海外经营经验（COG）作为银行自身因素都与我国商业银行国际化存在正相关关系,且以海外经营经验的影响更为显著,这与我国银行国际化尚处于起步阶段有关,但是通过国际大银行的发展经验可以预期,银行规模在今后发展中必将充当更为重要的角色。其次,制度变迁因素作为我国特有的因素对银行国际化发展产生了重要的影响,该影响主要通过市场化程度（MKT）、开放程度（OPN）和非国有化程度（NSOL）和来考察。实证结果表明...
