淄博市建陶行业物流体系规划研究

【摘要】：物流作为一种社会经济活动,在整合社会资源、调整经济结构、优化资源配置、实现商品价值和使用价值等方面发挥着重要作用,已经日益成为衡量一个国家或者地区现代化程度和竞争力的重要标准。淄博市享有“江北瓷都”的盛誉,陶瓷产业一直是淄博市的城市品牌和特色产业。但近年来,陶瓷产业发展面临资源枯竭、环境污染、物流成本居高不下等众多问题。淄博作为鲁中地区的物流枢纽,随着经济发展和现代物流技术的广泛应用,物流活动对产业发展支持不足的问题日益显现。在建陶产业节能减排和转型升级的宏观背景下,物流成本的上升无疑增加了建陶企业的负担,物流业发展滞后已成为限制淄博市建陶产业升级的重要因素。本论文在深入调研淄博市建陶行业物流体系发展现状的基础上,首先从建陶行业物流基础设施、物流主体、物流园区建设、物流信息化水平四个方面分析其目前存在的主要问题,包括物流体系成本过高、专业化的第三方物流企业少、物流园区建设滞后、物流信息平台尚未建立等问题。其次,本论文从原材料供应物流体系、生产物流体系、销售物流体系、废弃物物流体系四个方面对其建陶物流体系进行构建与规划。最后,指出了淄博市建陶行业物流的发展对策和保障机制。本论文研究的主要目的在于对淄博市建陶行业物流进行战略性规划,提高建陶物流的发展层次,进一步促进淄博市建陶行业转型升级和可持续发展,为相关部门和建陶企业发展起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:As a social and economic activity, logistics plays an important role in integrating social resources, adjusting economic structure, optimizing resource allocation, realizing commodity value and use value, etc. Zibo enjoys the reputation of "Jiangbei porcelain capital", and the ceramic industry has always been the city brand and characteristic industry of Zibo. However, in recent years, Zibo has become an important standard to measure the degree of modernization and competitiveness of a country or region. The development of ceramic industry is faced with many problems, such as resource depletion, environmental pollution, high logistics cost, etc. As a logistics hub in central Shandong, with the development of economy and the wide application of modern logistics technology, Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction and transformation and upgrading of the building pottery industry, the rising logistics cost undoubtedly increases the burden on the building pottery enterprises. The lagging of logistics industry has become an important factor to restrict the upgrading of the building pottery industry in Zibo. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of the logistics system of the building pottery industry in Zibo City, this paper first starts with the logistics infrastructure and the main body of the building pottery industry. Four aspects of logistics park construction and logistics informatization level are analyzed, including the cost of logistics system is too high, the number of specialized third party logistics enterprises is few, and the construction of logistics park is lagging behind. Secondly, this paper constructs and plans the material supply logistics system, the production logistics system, the sales logistics system and the waste logistics system from four aspects: the material supply logistics system, the production logistics system, the waste logistics system and so on. The main purpose of this paper is to carry on the strategic planning to the construction pottery industry logistics of Zibo City, and to improve the development level of the building pottery logistics. Further promote the transformation and sustainable development of the building pottery industry in Zibo City, and play a certain reference role for the development of related departments and building pottery enterprises.
