区块链技术对金融体系的冲击、塑形及风险分析

【摘要】：区块链技术应是继蒸汽机、电力、信息和互联网科技之后,最有可能引发新一轮科技革命的核心技术。它的内涵已超越了技术本身,代表着开放、共享、去中心化的核心精神。它与互联网一起已率先影响金融行业整个运作体系乃至整个社会商业体系的运作方式。区块链技术去中心化的理念创新将改变传统金融行业的运行规则及金融业态,改变始于技术层面的基础交易流程、金融交易的基本准则以及相应的监管体系。
[Abstract]:Blockchain technology should be the core technology following steam engine, electricity, information and Internet technology, which is most likely to trigger a new round of technological revolution. Its connotation has gone beyond the technology itself, representing the core spirit of openness, sharing and decentralization. Together with the Internet, it has taken the lead in influencing the operation of the whole financial industry and even the whole social business system. The innovation of decentralization of blockchain technology will change the operation rules and financial forms of the traditional financial industry, change the basic transaction process, the basic rules of financial transaction and the corresponding regulatory system.
