中国农村金融发展与农业现代化关系研究

【摘要】：农业现代化是农业发展的根本方向,事关社会主义现代化建设全局,而农村金融事关农业、农民和农村经济发展全局,它们之间互为因果关系。资金的有效供给是农业现代化得以实现的重要保障,农村金融的发展有利于改善中国农业现代化发展过程中融资渠道有限、资金供给不足的局面,从而为中国农业现代化的实现注入新鲜的血液。反过来,伴随农业现代化的发展将产生复杂的金融需求,这将倒逼金融部门进行改革以适应农业现代化的需要,从而促进农村金融的发展繁荣。从短期来看,农村金融发展对农业现代化的正向作用明显强于农业现代化对农村金融的正向作用;但从长期来看,农业现代化对农村金融发展的刺激作用强于农村金融发展对农业现代化的支持作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is the fundamental direction of agricultural development, which is related to the overall situation of socialist modernization construction, while rural finance is related to the overall situation of agriculture, farmers and rural economic development. The effective supply of funds is an important guarantee for the realization of agricultural modernization. The development of rural finance is conducive to improving the situation of limited financing channels and insufficient supply of funds in the course of the development of agricultural modernization in China. Thus, the realization of China's agricultural modernization injected fresh blood. On the other hand, the development of agricultural modernization will produce complex financial needs, which will force the financial sector to reform to meet the needs of agricultural modernization, thus promoting the development and prosperity of rural finance. In the short term, the positive effect of rural financial development on agricultural modernization is obviously stronger than that of agricultural modernization on rural finance, but in the long run, Agricultural modernization plays a more important role in stimulating rural financial development than rural financial development in supporting agricultural modernization.
