论我国农村信用合作社经营范围的改革

【摘要】：作为农村合作金融的主体,我国农村信用合作社对农村经济的发展提供巨大的金融支持。目前,我国农村信用合作社在经营方向上严重扭曲,业务范围过于单一,服务对象、地区盲目扩展,且存在法规政策大量留白等问题。在新农村建设背景下,应当根据农村信用合作社分合作金融与农商银行两个方向改革的基础上,对其经营范围进行分类化的改革。
[Abstract]:As the main body of rural cooperative finance, rural credit cooperatives in China provide great financial support for the development of rural economy. At present, the rural credit cooperatives in China are seriously distorted in the direction of operation, the scope of business is too single, the service object, the blind expansion of the region, and the existence of a large number of laws and policies to leave white and so on. Under the background of new rural construction, it is necessary to classify the scope of rural credit cooperatives on the basis of the reform of rural credit cooperatives in two directions: cooperative finance and agricultural commercial banks.
