【摘要】：施工进度计划的准确合理制定,不单单能够在最佳时机推出项目产品,从中得到既定的收益,而且可以促进项目施工生产所必须的各种资源获得最合适的配比,进行最充分的使用,从而降低项目成本,发挥出最大的效益。本文结合工程建设项目的特点和风险,对烟台矿粉厂区建设项目进度管理进行研究,分析影响厂区建设项目进度管理的因素,并利用模糊综合评价方法对项目的进度计划进行评价,以确定项目的整体进度,最后提出合理有效的进度控制措施。本文介绍了丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目情况,主要针对项目的基本概况、项目建设背景、市场情况、项目组织机构进行了全面的阐述。在此基础上,针对进度管理全过程进行研究,主要针对丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目进度计划开展分析。从进度计划的编制原则、编制进度计划影响因素、编制方法等入手,一步步分析进度计划的编制问题,编制得到最终丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目工艺方案、设备方案及总体进度计划。为了能够更好地进行丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目进度控制,要理清影响其项目进度的主要因素,因此,将丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目建设过程中的进度影响因素进行分析,从而在此基础上进行进度控制。主要控制因素从三个方面进行划分,按照项目的全生命周期理论,分为投资规划阶段进度影响因素、建设阶段进度影响因素、项目建设阶段进度影响因素。重点分析各个阶段主要对进度产生的影响和影响大小。并最终构建丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区进度影响因素体系。在进度影响因素基础上,展开丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目进度控制研究,并对其进度控制水平进行科学系统评价。构建了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的丰源矿产公司矿粉生产厂区建设项目进度控制水平评价体系,并通过评价,得出进度控制薄弱环节,提出了改进措施。
