轻钢密立柱墙体蒙皮效应有限元模拟

【摘要】:主要研究目前低层民居中正被推广使用的轻钢密立柱墙体的蒙皮效应。通常认为轻钢密立柱钢架是一个非稳定的体系,然而,当立柱表面与墙面板(石膏板及OSB定向刨花板)可靠连接时,墙体形成了一个稳定封闭的结构体系,板可以与轻钢钢架协同工作,并提高结构的整体强度及刚度。考虑墙面板的应力蒙皮效应可使结构设计更加符合真实的受力状态,而且也能提高经济效益。因此考虑应力蒙皮效应具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。在参照相关试验结果的基础上,运用有限元程序ANSYS对应力蒙皮效应采用了数值模拟,并深入分析了蒙皮效应的破坏形态及其工作机理。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the skinning effect of light steel dense column wall which is popularized in the middle of low-rise residence at present. It is generally considered that the light steel dense column steel frame is an unstable system, however, When the column surface is reliably connected to the wall panel (plasterboard and OSB oriented particleboard), the wall forms a stable and closed structure system, and the board can work in coordination with the light steel frame. The overall strength and stiffness of the structure are improved. Considering the stress skin effect of the wall panel, the design of the structure can be more in line with the actual stress state. Therefore, considering the stress skin effect has important theoretical value and practical significance. On the basis of referring to the experimental results, the finite element program ANSYS is used to simulate the stress skin effect. The damage pattern and working mechanism of the skin effect were also analyzed.
