基于“4E”评价体系的区域供热热源结构优化配置

【摘要】:北方城镇供热能源消耗占当地社会总能耗的比重很大,区域供热热源规划对于解决城镇供热发展与能源、环境之间的矛盾意义重大。然而宏观能源规划侧重于能源供应,缺乏对城镇区域供热热源的基于需求侧的技术、经济和环境的综合分析。因此,本文针对城镇区域供热热源方案配置,建立了基于能效、经济、环境及全局经济指标、适用于城镇区域供热热源优化配置的“4E”模型。论文按照“分析—评价—应用”的系统评价思想,结合实证研究思路逐步展开。研究对象为城镇区域供热热源,采用调研、建模等手段,分为以下几个方面:梳理了区域供热热源能源种类及提取方法;确定了基于能量、经济、环境及全局经济指标的“4E”评价指标指标及体系;建立了不同供热方案的能源转换设备“4E”转换模型,将抽象的“4E”体系针对不同的热源实例进行具体化、实例化;并以哈尔滨某供热项目为案例,从指标层面进行分析,并对各方案进行了AERMOD模型的大气环境模拟,在“4E”体系对比的基础上,进行了方案的组合分析。本文重点研究城镇供热热源的能源转换设备特性和热源系统评价方法这两方面内容。论文研究表明区域供热能源转换设备具有相对普适的数学模型,模型输入为负荷、气象等参数,输出能耗、环境排放量和经济费用;继学术界2E、3E模型后,增加“全局经济指标”的概念,并逐步完善部分指标,得到4E评价体系,给环境指标赋予了经济意义,综合考虑了节能减排的政策力量,加入了经济调控的内涵;文中案例生物质锅炉的通过CDM可实现1.65~4.13元/(m2?a)的收益;按照线性优化的思路,结合4E体系,在文中的案例计算条件下,在碳交易价格为24元/t、60元/t时,生物质锅炉承担的负荷比例值为27%及38%时,其与燃煤锅炉组合,可实现与天然气锅炉相当的全局费用年值;区域供热热源“4E”模型,可降低人为主观干扰,能够明确、全面地反映供热系统热源部分的技术、经济和环保特性。本研究为“十二五”国家科技支撑计划课题“城镇区域供热能源高效利用规划关键技术研究与示范(2012BAJ04B01)”的部分研究内容。
[Abstract]:The energy consumption of heating in northern cities and towns accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption in the local society. The planning of regional heating sources is of great significance in solving the contradiction between urban heating development and energy and environment. However, the macro-energy planning focuses on energy supply and lacks the comprehensive analysis of demand-side technology, economy and environment for urban regional heat sources. Therefore, the "4e" model, which is based on energy efficiency, economy, environment and global economic index, is established for the optimal allocation of urban regional heating heat source. According to the systematic evaluation thought of "analysis-evaluation-application", the paper develops step by step with the thought of empirical research. The research object is the urban district heating heat source. By means of investigation and modeling, it is divided into the following aspects: sort out the energy source of regional heating heat source and its extraction method, determine the energy based on energy, economy, etc. The "4e" evaluation index and system of environmental and global economic indexes are established, the "4e" conversion model of energy conversion equipment with different heating schemes is established, and the abstract "4e" system is concretized and instantiated according to different examples of heat source. Taking a heating project in Harbin as an example, this paper analyzes the air environment of each project from the index level, and carries out the atmospheric environment simulation of the AERMOD model. On the basis of the comparison of "4e" system, the combination analysis of the scheme is carried out. This paper focuses on the characteristics of energy conversion equipment and the evaluation method of heat source system of urban heating source. The paper shows that the regional heating energy conversion equipment has a relatively universal mathematical model, the model input is load, meteorological parameters, output energy consumption, environmental emissions and economic costs. The concept of "global economic indicators" is added, and some indicators are gradually perfected, and the 4e evaluation system is obtained, which gives economic significance to the environmental indicators, synthetically considers the policy power of energy saving and emission reduction, and adds the connotation of economic regulation and control. In this paper, the biomass boiler can realize 1.65 ~ 4.13 yuan / (m ~ (2) / (m ~ (2) by CDM. According to the idea of linear optimization and combining with the 4e system, the carbon transaction price is 24 yuan / t ~ 60 yuan / t under the calculation condition of the case in this paper. When the load ratio of biomass boiler is 27% and 38%, the combination of biomass boiler and coal-fired boiler can realize the global annual cost equivalent to that of natural gas boiler, and the "4e" model of regional heating source can reduce the subjective disturbance and be clear. Fully reflect the technical, economic and environmental characteristics of the heat source part of the heating system. This research is part of the research content of "the research and demonstration of the key technology of urban district heating energy efficient utilization planning (2012BAJ04B01)" in the 12th Five-Year Plan of National Science and Technology support Plan.
