体验式茶馆室内空间设计研究

【摘要】:目前传统型茶馆的同质化现象严重,竞争也越来越激烈,传统型茶馆需要转型,体验式茶馆正是在此背景下应运而生。体验式茶馆使人们更好的体验当地的文化生活,让人们亲自参与观茶、制茶、品茶等个性化的体验活动。全文以茶馆室内空间为研究对象,以其体验式设计为研究内容,从体验形式、体验内容、消费人群、设计特色、理念等方面阐述体验式茶馆与传统型茶馆的不同之处,并总结出体验式茶馆的优点:场景体验丰富,设计感强;定位准确,互动节目多;区域特色明显,品牌形象突出。对体验式茶馆的设计特征功能空间多元化、设计造型特色化、设计手段高科技化、室内外环境生态化等进行分析研究。其次,提出了体验式茶馆的设计策略。以空间氛围和人的体验活动为切入点,分析说明体验式茶馆的体验类型、消费者行为以及室内空间设计的要素,提出要营造出丰富的感官体验、诱发消费者的情感与思考,并依据消费者的行为活动对体验式茶馆进行功能分区,把制茶区、表演区、自助区作为消费者体验的重点空间。探讨了体验式茶馆室内空间设计的具体方法,总结了体验式茶馆的室内光影色彩设计突出了空间的个性感受,界面造型满足了功能需求、材料选择强调了人文特性、细节设计体现了贴心关爱。最后,依据上述研究对南岳烟霞茶院进行改良设计,分别叙述了其功能布局、光影色彩、地方性材质、特色陈设品的设计,打造了集采茶、制茶、泡茶、祭茶、品茶、买茶等多种功能空间的体验式茶馆。本文中的设计原则、设计方法、体验形式等能够对现有的传统型茶馆转型提供一定的参考意义和借鉴作用,为其他体验式茶馆的发展与应用提供了可以借鉴的新思路和新视角。
[Abstract]:At present, the homogenization of traditional teahouse is serious, and the competition is more and more fierce. Traditional teahouse needs to be transformed, and experiential teahouse emerges as the times require under this background. Experience teahouse enables people to better experience the local cultural life, let people personally participate in tea viewing, tea making, tea tasting and other personalized experience activities. This paper takes the indoor space of teahouse as the research object, takes its experiential design as the research content, expounds the difference between the experiential teahouse and the traditional teahouse from the aspects of the experience form, the experiential content, the consumer crowd, the design characteristic, the idea and so on. And summed up the advantages of experiential teahouse: rich scene experience, strong sense of design; accurate positioning, more interactive programs; obvious regional characteristics, prominent brand image. This paper analyzes and studies the design features of experiential teahouse, such as the diversity of function space, the feature of design modeling, the high technology of design means and the ecology of indoor and outdoor environment, etc. Secondly, the design strategy of experiential teahouse is put forward. Taking the space atmosphere and people's experience activities as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes and explains the experience type, consumer behavior and the elements of interior space design of the experiential teahouse, and puts forward that it is necessary to create rich sensory experience and induce the consumer's emotion and thinking. According to the behavior of consumers, the function of experiential teahouse is divided, and the tea making area, performance area and self-help area are regarded as the key space of consumer experience. This paper probes into the concrete methods of indoor space design of experiential teahouse, summarizes the interior light and shadow color design of experiential teahouse, highlights the individual feeling of space, satisfies the functional demand by interface modeling, and emphasizes the humanistic characteristics of material selection. The detail design embodies caring and caring. Finally, according to the above research, the author designs an improved tea institute in Nanyue, and describes the design of its functional layout, color, local materials, and special furnishings, and builds a collection of tea, tea making, making tea, sacrificial tea, tasting tea, etc. Buy tea and other multi-functional space experience teahouse. The design principles, design methods and experience forms in this paper can provide a certain reference and reference for the transformation of traditional teahouses, and provide new ideas and new perspectives for the development and application of other experiential teahouses.
