基于设备点检定修模式的备件存储策略研究

【摘要】:备件储备对于生产企业,特别是连续性生产企业非常重要,是维持正常生产的必要条件之一。备件的储备水平不仅取决于企业财务方面的因素,更是与企业所采取的维修策略密切相关,不同的维修策略产生不同的备件储备要求。设备点检定修策略作为一项被绝大多数制造企业广泛采用的维修策略,有其独特的备件需求特点。 企业要降低备件管理成本(采购、库存和消耗成本),就必须对备件存储策略进行研究,研究如何通过优化存储策略来降低企业的备件成本。虽然对于企业备件成本控制,关键的控制活动是采取正确的采购策略,但这不是全部,备件存储策略是一个广义的概念,备件的分类管理、需求预测管理、库存模式管理,甚至管理信息系统都是备件存储策略的重要组成部分,也是影响备件管理成本的重要因素。而且,它们之间是紧密相连,密切相关的。例如,备件的分类管理影响备件采购策略,影响库存管理;备件需求预测影响备件采购策略,等等。因此,研究基于设备点检定修模式的备件存储策略,应在维修策略和存储策略两部分分别研究的基础上,再根据各自特点和适用性进行综合研究,才能最终得到基于特定维修模式下的备件存储策略。 所以,通过优化备件存储策略降低备件成本,必须对上述五个方面进行分析和研究,研究出适用于设备点检定修模式的备件存储策略。 理论研究成果应以指导实践为目的,进一步讲,如果能在企业备件管理中直接应用则更具有价值和意义。因此,本文选取已实施设备点检定修策略多年的B公司为实例进行分析,分析该企业当前备件管理存在的问题,结合研究得出的存储策略,用理论研究成果分析和解决问题,给出改进和优化的方案,并且通过具体应用实例,使项目研究成果更具说服力。 如何在丰富的理论研究和企业管理实践之间建立密切和有效的联系是一项长期和艰巨的工作,需要研究的内容还很多。本文最后对项目整个研究内容进行总结,指出不足之处和需要继续研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Spare parts reserve is very important for production enterprises, especially for continuous production enterprises, and is one of the necessary conditions to maintain normal production.The level of spare parts reserve not only depends on the financial factors of the enterprise, but also closely related to the maintenance strategy adopted by the enterprise. Different maintenance strategies produce different spare parts reserve requirements.As a maintenance strategy widely adopted by most manufacturing enterprises, the fixed repair strategy of equipment spot inspection has its unique characteristics of spare parts demand.In order to reduce the cost of spare parts management (purchasing, inventory and consumption), enterprises must study the storage strategy of spare parts and study how to reduce the cost of spare parts by optimizing the storage strategy.Although the key control activity for enterprise spare parts cost control is to adopt the correct purchasing strategy, but this is not all, the spare parts storage strategy is a broad concept, the spare parts classification management, the demand forecast management, the inventory pattern management,Even the management information system is an important part of spare parts storage strategy and an important factor affecting spare parts management cost.Moreover, they are closely linked and closely related.For example, the classification management of spare parts affects the purchasing strategy and inventory management of spare parts; the forecast of spare parts demand affects the purchasing strategy of spare parts, and so on.Therefore, the research of spare parts storage strategy based on the fixed repair mode of equipment spot inspection should be based on the two parts of maintenance strategy and storage strategy, and then according to their respective characteristics and applicability of a comprehensive study.Finally, the spare parts storage strategy based on specific maintenance mode can be obtained.Therefore, through optimizing the spare parts storage strategy to reduce the spare parts cost, we must analyze and study the above five aspects, and study the spare parts storage strategy suitable for the fixed repair mode of the equipment spot inspection.Theoretical research results should be aimed at guiding practice, and further, if it can be directly applied in spare parts management of enterprises, it will have more value and significance.Therefore, this article selects the equipment spot inspection and fixed repair strategy for many years as an example to analyze the existing problems of spare parts management in this enterprise, combined with the research of storage strategy, using theoretical research results to analyze and solve the problems.The improvement and optimization scheme are given, and the project research results are more persuasive through concrete application examples.How to establish a close and effective relationship between abundant theoretical research and enterprise management practice is a long-term and arduous work, and much more needs to be studied.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole research content of the project, and points out the deficiency and the direction of further research.
