铁路物流中心布局规划研究

【摘要】:物流中心作为物流系统重要的组成部分,是整个物流网络的支撑。它通过对货物的运输、保管、装卸、搬运、流通加工和配送等工作的统一运作管理,达到加速商品流通,降低物流成本,提高物流系统效率,保障物流服务质量的作用。 铁路物流中心作为铁路运输网络体系中的重要节点,以铁路运输枢纽为依托,充分整合现有铁路货运站的物流资源,在铁路货运之外为客户提供更多延伸性服务。铁路物流中心的规划建设将对我国传统货运模式的改革起到关键性作用。首先,铁路物流中心的建立,有利于铁路货运在降低物流成本的同时提高物流效率;其次,铁路物流中心的建立,有助于完善我国铁路货运的服务形态,提高服务水平;最后,铁路物流中心的建立,将加速铁路货运的信息化管理与科学化运营进程。 本文从铁路物流中心布局规划入手,在明确了铁路物流中心的概念、类型及特点的基础上,对铁路物流中心的规划建设进行研究:通过对影响铁路物流中心物流需求的因素进行分析、对物流需求量进行预测;以物流需求为基础对铁路物流中心进行功能设置与功能分区;之后通过对铁路物流中心不同品类货物的作业流程进行详细分析;利用系统化的布局方法(SLP法)对铁路物流中心功能区内物流关系与非物流关系密切程度进行作业单位相关性分析;最后以作业区综合相互关系图为基础对功能区进行平面布局,并对布局方案进行综合评价。 本文的第六章,为实例分析。本文选取太原铁路物流中心的实际案例,利用第三章到第五章的理论与分析方法,采用调研之后的实际数据对案例进行分析研究。最后通过运用SLP的布局方法对作业区进行平面布局。在得到最终平面布局方案之后,通过建立评价指标体系,对方案进行综合评价。 本文分析并借鉴了铁路物流中心布局理论与方法,对实际案例进行了研究,对SLP方法在铁路物流中心布局规划的实际问题中的应用进行了验证,为今后铁路物流中心的布局规划提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of logistics system, logistics center is the support of the whole logistics network. It can accelerate the circulation of goods, reduce the cost of logistics, improve the efficiency of logistics system and ensure the quality of logistics service through the unified operation and management of transportation, storage, handling, processing and distribution of goods. As an important node in the railway transportation network, the railway logistics center, relying on the railway transportation hub, fully integrates the logistics resources of the existing railway freight station, and provides more extended services to customers outside of the railway freight transport. The planning and construction of railway logistics center will play a key role in the reform of traditional freight transport mode in China. First, the establishment of railway logistics center will help railway freight to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency; secondly, the establishment of railway logistics center will help to improve the service pattern and improve the service level of railway freight transport in China. The establishment of railway logistics center will accelerate the information management and scientific operation of railway freight transportation. Starting with the layout planning of railway logistics center, this paper defines the concept, types and characteristics of railway logistics center. Research on the planning and construction of railway logistics center: through the analysis of the factors that affect the logistics demand of railway logistics center, the logistics demand is predicted; On the basis of logistics demand, the function setting and function partition of railway logistics center are carried out, and then the operation flow of different categories of goods in railway logistics center is analyzed in detail. Using the systematic layout method (SLP method), the paper analyzes the close relationship between logistics and non-logistics in the railway logistics center function area, and carries on the plane layout of the function area on the basis of the comprehensive interrelation diagram of the operation area, and analyzes the relationship between the logistics and the non-logistics in the railway logistics center function area by the systematic layout method (SLP method). And the layout of the comprehensive evaluation of the scheme. The sixth chapter of this paper is an example analysis. This paper selects the actual case of Taiyuan Railway Logistics Center, using the third to fifth chapter of the theory and analysis methods, using the actual data after investigation to analyze the case. Finally, the layout of the operation area is carried out by using the layout method of SLP. After obtaining the final layout scheme, the evaluation index system is established to evaluate the scheme comprehensively. This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the theory and method of railway logistics center layout, studies the actual case, and verifies the application of SLP method in the practical problem of railway logistics center layout planning. It provides a certain reference for the layout planning of railway logistics center in the future.
