钢铁物流园区总体布局方法研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,钢铁物流业逐渐凸显出其优势地位,现代化钢铁物流园区建设如火如荼,其规模也越来越大,同时,园区内部出现日益严重的环境问题,由于布局规划的不合理,而导致的资源浪费和衔接不畅等现象,不仅不能有效发挥出园区的规模效应,还会造成很大的环境污染。因此,对钢铁物流园区总体布局进行研究,具有重要的实际意义。 本文通过分析目前我国钢铁物流园区发展现状,总结出其在发展规划中存在的问题,结合我国目前实施可持续性及低碳化发展的相关政策,说明对钢铁物流园区进行科学合理布局的重要性,并提出进行钢铁物流园区总体布局规划的基本流程。然后根据园区所辐射地区的经济状况和物流需求,结合核心关联法与灰色预测法进行钢铁物流园区的需求预测,为园区规划设计提供可靠的数据支撑,避免盲目建设和资源浪费的现象发生。同时对园区进行准确定位,确定功能分区和规模,合理设计物流流程,尽可能减少重复作业和转运作业,实现园区的高效运作。接着,分析钢铁物流园区的特点,以及园区内外交通,将园区中的铁路专用线和出入口作为虚拟功能区,与其他功能区一并进行分析;考虑铁路专用线的固定约束和出入口约束,以及各功能区长宽比例的约束要求,建立以园区内部物料搬运总成本最小化、功能区之间的综合关系最大化以及土地面积利用率最大化三个优化目标的布局优化模型,并运用遗传算法求解,得出园区的布局方案。最后进行方案调整,形成园区的总体布局方案。 通过对钢铁物流园区进行合理布局,从根本上改善钢铁物流园区的交通状况,减少交通拥堵,降低污染,提高园区作业效率,保障园区运营的低碳化和可持续性发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the iron and steel logistics industry gradually highlights its advantages, the construction of modern steel logistics park is in full swing, and its scale is becoming larger and larger. At the same time, there are increasingly serious environmental problems within the park. Due to the unreasonable layout and planning, the waste of resources and the lack of connection, not only can not play an effective role in the scale of the park, but also cause a lot of environmental pollution. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the overall layout of iron and steel logistics park. Based on the analysis of the present development situation of China's iron and steel logistics park, this paper summarizes the existing problems in its development planning, and combines the relevant policies of implementing sustainable and low-carbon development in our country. The importance of scientific and reasonable layout of iron and steel logistics park is explained, and the basic process of overall layout planning of iron and steel logistics park is put forward. Then according to the economic situation and logistics demand of the region, combining the core correlation method and grey forecast method to forecast the demand of the steel logistics park, it provides reliable data support for the planning and design of the park. Avoid the phenomenon of blind construction and waste of resources. At the same time, the location of the park is accurate, the function area and scale are determined, the logistics flow is designed reasonably, and the repeated operation and transfer operation are reduced as much as possible, so as to realize the efficient operation of the park. Then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the steel logistics park, and the transportation inside and outside the park, taking the special railway line and the entrance and exit as virtual function areas, and analyzing them together with other function areas. Considering the fixed constraints, entrance and exit constraints of special railway lines, as well as the requirements of the ratio of length and width of each functional area, the total cost of material handling in the park is minimized. The layout optimization model of the three optimization objectives of maximizing the comprehensive relationship between functional areas and maximizing the utilization rate of land area is proposed. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and the layout scheme of the park is obtained. Finally, the scheme adjustment is carried out to form the overall layout of the park. Through the reasonable layout of the iron and steel logistics park, the traffic condition of the steel logistics park is improved fundamentally, the traffic congestion is reduced, the pollution is reduced, the operation efficiency of the park is improved, and the low carbonization and sustainable development of the operation of the park are ensured.
