【摘要】：我国社会主义市场经济这一理论是具有中国特色的、社会主义性质的、有关市场经济方面的理论，是党的几代领导人共同的智慧结晶，是中国特色社会主义理论体系的基本内容之一，也是其中具有创新代表性的部分之一。党的十一届三中全会召开以后，随着改革的逐步深入，我国对这一理论的探索，从把商品的概念引入到我国计划经济体制内，再到我国经济体制改革目标的确立，经历了一个曲折的探索过程，党的各届领导集体对这一理论进行了持续的长期探索和研究，而且都做了伟大的贡献。这一理论为实现我国经济体制改革和全面建设小康社会的目标提供了理论基础和方向指导，同时，对于世界上其它地区和国家的经济发展也具有理论上的借鉴意义。所以，在新的历史时期，进一步对我国社会主义市场理论进行深入探索和研究，梳理这一理论形成和发展的过程，归纳总结理论的创新点和主要内容，对于发展我国经济具有理论上的支撑作用和实践上的指导作用。 本论文正文有四个部分。第一部分主要介绍了我国社会主义市场经济理论的思想渊源。从经典作家马克思和恩格斯对于商品经济的认识和相关观点说起，到列宁早期对马克思和恩格斯思想的继承，后来列宁根据苏联的具体国情实行的新经济政策，再到新中国成立以后，毛泽东对于商品经济的探索。第二部分主要介绍了邓小平对我国社会主义市场经济理论的探索。从十一届三中全会召开以后，从把商品的概念引入到我国计划经济体制内到这一理论的自然形成过程，还有这一理论的基本内容和历史地位。第三部分主要介绍了江泽民和胡锦涛主政期间以及十八以来，这一理论的进一步发展，从我国经济领域的各个方面对我国经济改革的目标进行了具体的部署与细化，如行政改革方面转变政府的职能，各个地区发挥自身优势，最重要的是提出了要让市场在经济发展中对资源的分配占据决定性地位。这是我国市场经济改革过程中的里程碑，也是我国经济改革下一步的工作方向和工作重点。全面深化改革，同时正确处理好政府和市场之间的关系，更有利于发挥我国经济体制的长处，促进经济的发展。第四部分主要阐述了这一理论的重大意义，具体内容主要从理论意义与实践意义两个方面展开。 本论文通过对我国社会主义市场经济理论形成和发展过程的梳理，努力总结和归纳改革开放后党中央几代领导集体对这一理论不断完善的思路。而且这一理论也经过了实践检验，证明了其对我国社会发展的促进作用，以及实践上的可行性。“我国社会主义市场经济理论的形成和发展”这个选题的意义，在于现阶段关于我国社会主义市场经济理论研究和学术性的成果虽然不少，但是，本论文并不是简单的将我国社会主义市场经济理论与邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观相联系，而是对于我国这一理论的探索，，从理论的形成到一步一步发展的这一过程，贯穿于改革开放以后，我国社会发展和市场经济体制建立、发展这一整个过程。为进一步发展这一理论，同时促进我国社会各方面的发展，提供本人力所能及的帮助为目标，努力探索。
