基于产业组织理论的我国电影院线行业分析

【摘要】：我国的电影产业近20多年改革的成效显著,电影市场逐渐成熟,产业化的发展方向也已经相当明确,可以说已经步入了规范发展的轨道。而在国家新一轮发展规划中,文化产业已经成为一项重点发展的低碳产业。从1993年起,中国就开始了对于电影产业的全面体制改革,由计划经济步入市场经济。在整个电影产业链中,影院发挥的作用十分重要,它既是文化消费场所又是整个城市发展布局中不可缺少的环节。院线制作为现代影院经营的模式,有着无可比拟的优越性。我国自2002年进行院线制改革以来,院线扩张和影院改造速度都呈现大幅度增长的趋势,院线的资本结构日渐多样化,数字院线组建活跃,跨区域重组日渐多样化,院线产业整体的快速发展成为推动整个电影产业发展的强心剂。本文第一部分对整个电影产业链的发展状况进行概括,对于电影院线行业在其中的地位和发挥的作用进行针对性分析,并指出其在目前暴露出的发展弊端。第二部分对于文章所要运用的产业分析进行系统概述。第三部分和第四部分作为文章的主题,即运用产业组织理论经典的SCP分析范式对我国的电影院线行业的市场集中度进行分析:首先利用院线市场近几年的数据,测定市场集中度绝对值,以此判断院线行业的市场结构,同时通过回归分析估计的方法对于院线行业是否存在规模经济效应进行测定;其次,通过对比美国院线产业,结合实证数据对院线企业的市场行为和市场绩效进行观察分析。第五部分,通过对于整个院线行业从结构、行为到绩效的全面分析,提出了加快院线行业发展的政策性建议。
[Abstract]:China's film industry has achieved remarkable results in recent 20 years of reform, the film market has gradually matured, and the direction of industrialization has been quite clear. It can be said that has entered the track of standardized development. And in the new round of national development planning, cultural industry has become a key development of low-carbon industry. Since 1993. China began the overall reform of the film industry, from a planned economy to a market economy. In the entire film industry chain, cinema plays a very important role. It is not only the cultural consumption place but also the indispensable link in the whole city development layout. Since 2002, our country has carried on the reform of the hospital line system, the expansion of the hospital line and the speed of the cinema reconstruction have shown a trend of substantial growth, and the capital structure of the hospital line has become more and more diversified. The establishment of digital cinema line is active, the cross-regional reorganization is becoming more and more diverse, and the rapid development of the whole cinema industry has become a powerful agent to promote the development of the entire film industry. The first part of this paper summarizes the development of the entire film industry chain, and analyzes the role of cinema industry in the industry. The second part is a systematic overview of the industry analysis to be used in the article. The third part and 4th part as the theme of the article. That is to use the classic SCP analysis paradigm of industrial organization theory to analyze the market concentration of the cinema industry in China: firstly, using the data of the hospital market in recent years, the absolute value of the market concentration is measured. The market structure of the hospital industry is judged, and the scale economy effect of the hospital line industry is measured by the method of regression analysis. Secondly, through the comparison of American cinema industry, combined with empirical data to observe and analyze the market behavior and market performance of the hospital enterprises. Part 5th, through the entire hospital industry from the structure. Behavior-to-performance comprehensive analysis, proposed to speed up the development of the hospital line industry policy recommendations.
