论信息技术对社会主义发展的作用

【摘要】： 随着我国改革开放和市场化进程的逐步深入，经典社会主义设想能否实现，社会主义道路有没有必要再坚持引起越来越多的争论。同时，信息技术的发展日新月异，快速发展的信息技术对社会形态会产生哪些影响，这些问题的回答对我国当前的社会主义建设有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文运用马克思主义的唯物辩证法，抓住生产力决定生产关系和信息技术是生产力的重要组成部分这根主线，将信息技术的发展同社会主义的实现联系在一起。分析得出当前阻碍社会主义高效实现的种种原因的本质都源于信息收集和处理的困难。文中考察了信息技术的历史演变，说明了信息技术在不同历史阶段在生产力中的地位和作用是不同的，论证了信息技术对今后的生产关系起着决定性作用。通过对经典社会主义设想的实现条件和信息技术最新发展与应用的分析，，对未来信息社会前景进行展望，得出高度信息化是经典社会主义设想实现的充要条件的论断。在分析充分信息情况下市场经济的缺陷后说明未来计划经济比市场经济优越。最后，本文分析了信息技术的发展状况和发展趋势，提出信息技术的发展程度决定社会主义的实现程度的论点并给出当前利用信息技术进行管理的可能方案。 本文用信息技术的发展对马克思主义创始人为社会主义做出的种种设想给出了圆满的解释，对我国当前的政策也给予了理论上的支持。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and market-oriented process, whether the classical socialist assumption can be realized or not, whether it is necessary to persist in the socialist road has caused more and more controversy. At the same time. The development of information technology is changing with each passing day. What impact will the rapid development of information technology have on the social formation? The answers to these questions are of great theoretical and practical significance to the current socialist construction in China. This paper uses Marxist materialist dialectics. Grasping the productive forces to determine the relations of production and information technology is an important part of the main line of productive forces. This paper links the development of information technology with the realization of socialism. It is concluded that the essence of the current obstacles to the efficient realization of socialism is due to the difficulty of information collection and processing. Historical evolution. It shows that the position and function of information technology in the productive forces are different in different historical stages. This paper demonstrates that information technology plays a decisive role in the future production relations. Through the analysis of the conditions for realization of classical socialism and the latest development and application of information technology, the prospect of the future information society is prospected. It is concluded that a high degree of information is the necessary and sufficient condition for the realization of the classical socialist assumption. After analyzing the defects of the market economy under the condition of sufficient information, it is shown that the planned economy will be superior to the market economy in the future. This paper analyzes the development and development trend of information technology, puts forward the argument that the development degree of information technology determines the realization degree of socialism, and gives the possible scheme of using information technology to manage at present. With the development of information technology, this paper gives a satisfactory explanation to the ideas made by the founders of Marxism for socialism, and gives theoretical support to the current policy of our country.
