产业信息化的运营模式：基于产业结构的视角

【摘要】：信息技术革命对包括中国在内的全球各国的经济、社会正产生着复杂而深刻的影响,由此而发生的技术变迁、经济结构变化促进经济增长,推动社会从工业社会向知识和信息社会的转型。在这个过程中,产业的信息化作为一个中观层面的研究,得到了很多学者的关注。本文主要从产业结构的差异会导致产业信息化呈现不同的模式类型这一角度对产业信息化进行了一些探讨。本文的工作主要有三个:一、提出存在产业信息化拉动系数;二、提出传统产业的三种信息化模式类型;三、提出判别产业信息化的指标体系,用于定量计算产业信息化拉动系数。本文的第一部分介绍产业信息化的研究现状并提出全文的研究方法和逻辑结构,其中研究现状包括信息化对于产业发展的意义和产业信息化的理论现状。本文的第二部分阐述了产业结构对于产业信息化的影响,结合国内产业结构调整的特点分析了信息化与产业结构间的互动关系。本文的第三部分详细分析信息产业的特征、结构支撑要素以及结构演进态势,并从三次产业(农业、工业、服务业)与信息产业的相关分析中得出了信息化拉动系数。本文的第四部分总结了产业信息化的驱动模式和阻碍因素,并结合信息化拉动系数得出了产业信息化模式的三种类型:核心企业主导型,政府主导型和产业拉动型,其中核心企业主导型是零散型结构,也就是信息化拉动系数比较低的类型,而产业拉动型是网型结构,其信息化拉动系数比较高,政府主导型为链式结构,其信息化系数处于核心企业主导型和产业拉动型中间,政府主导型为产业拉动型和零散型相互转化时的一种中间过渡类型。本文的第五部分选取了针对服装产业、汽车产业和电力产业为代表的产业信息化模式进行了分析。本文的第六部分给出了判别产业信息化运营模式的指标体系框架用于定量计算信息化拉动系数。最后对全本进行了总结回顾。
[Abstract]:The information technology revolution is having a complex and profound impact on the economies and societies of all countries, including China. The technological changes that have taken place as a result, the changes in the economic structure, and the changes in economic structure are promoting economic growth. Promoting the transformation of society from an industrial society to a knowledge and information society. This paper mainly discusses the industrial informatization from the point of view that the difference of industrial structure will lead to different patterns of industrial informatization. There are three main work in this paper: first, the existence of industrial informatization pull coefficient; second, three types of traditional industry information mode; third, the index system to distinguish industry informatization. The first part of this paper introduces the current research situation of industrial informatization and puts forward the research methods and logical structure of the full text. The research status includes the significance of informatization for industrial development and the theoretical status of industrial informatization. The second part of this paper expounds the impact of industrial structure on industrial informatization. Combined with the characteristics of domestic industrial structure adjustment, this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between informatization and industrial structure. The third part of this paper analyzes the characteristics of information industry, structural supporting elements and structural evolution situation in detail, and from the three industries (agriculture, In the relevant analysis of industry, service industry) and information industry, the information pull coefficient is obtained. The 4th part of this paper summarizes the driving mode and hindering factors of industry informatization. Combined with the information pull coefficient, three types of industrial information mode are obtained: core enterprise-oriented, government-led and industry-pull, in which the core enterprise-dominated is a scattered structure. That is, the type of information-based pull coefficient is relatively low, while the industry-pull type is a network-type structure, its information-based pull coefficient is relatively high, the government-led type is a chain-type structure, and its information-based coefficient is in the middle of the core enterprise-led and industry-pull type. The government leading type is a kind of intermediate transition type when the industrial pull type and the scattered type transform each other. The 5th part of this paper is aimed at the clothing industry. The industrial informatization model represented by automobile industry and electric power industry is analyzed. In the 6th part of this paper, the index system framework for judging the operation mode of industry informatization is given, which is used to calculate quantitatively the pull coefficient of informatization. The whole paper is summarized and reviewed.
