资产价格对消费需求影响的理论分析

【摘要】:消费需求是总需求的重要组成部分,也是影响物价水平的重要因素之一,同时也是经济增长的主要推动力。资产价格通过影响消费者的消费能力和消费信心对消费需求有着重要影响。通过理论分析得出结论:资产价格通过影响消费者的收入、财富、税收环境、储蓄环境和投资环境等对消费者的消费能力产生正向影响;进而通过影响消费能力、消费者对未来经济发展的预期和对未来发生支付危机的预期等对消费者的消费信心产生正向影响;因此,资产价格将通过影响消费者的消费能力和消费信心对消费需求产生正向影响。
[Abstract]:Consumer demand is an important component of total demand and one of the important factors affecting the level of prices. At the same time, it is also the main driving force of economic growth. Asset prices have an important impact on consumer demand by influencing consumers' consumption ability and consumer confidence. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that asset prices affect consumers' income and wealth. The tax environment, the saving environment and the investment environment have a positive impact on the consumer's consumption ability. Consumer expectations of future economic development and expectations of future payment crises have a positive impact on consumer confidence; therefore, Asset prices will have a positive impact on consumer demand by influencing consumer spending power and consumer confidence.
