傅殷才对克林顿经济学的研究与启示

【摘要】：以马克思劳动二重性原理为理论依据,傅殷才主张在研究西方经济学理论时,不能忽视对西方国家政府经济政策与实践的研究。他坚持从马克思主义立场和方法批判克林顿经济学的阶级性、辩护性和反动性,目的是引导人们以科学的态度对待克林顿经济学:既要避免对克林顿经济学的过度盲从,又要重视其所代表的凯恩斯主义的复兴理论与现实意义,还要重视克林顿政府所推行的一系列经济措施的借鉴价值。傅殷才对克林顿经济学理论本质的批判,与对其政策实践的评析,启示我们研究西方经济学理论与政策实践时必须始终坚持以马克思主义为指导;要重视科技进步、产业创新,借以推进当前我国的供给侧结构性改革。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theory of Marx's duality of labor, Fu Yin-cai advocated that in the study of western economic theories, He insisted on criticizing the class, defense and reactionary nature of Clinton's economics from the standpoint and methods of Marxism. The purpose is to guide people to treat Clinton economics in a scientific manner: not only to avoid excessive blindly following Clinton's economics, but also to attach importance to the Keynesian revival theory and practical significance that it represents. We should also attach importance to the reference value of a series of economic measures carried out by the Clinton administration. Fu Yin-cai 's criticism of the essence of Clinton's economic theory, and his comments on his policy practice, When we study the western economic theory and policy practice, we must always adhere to Marxism as the guide, attach importance to scientific and technological progress, industrial innovation, in order to promote the current supply-side structural reform in China.
