【摘要】：扶贫是社会主义的本质属性和全面建成小康社会的现实需要。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就精准扶贫工作提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,特别是针对精准扶贫工作提出了精准扶贫、精神扶贫,以及对精准扶贫动力机制和考核机制的创新,形成了新时期我国精准扶贫战略思想。贯彻习总书记的精准扶贫思想,对于全面建成小康社会、实现伟大中国梦具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Poverty alleviation is the essential attribute of socialism and the realistic need for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments on precision poverty alleviation. In particular, aiming at the work of precision poverty alleviation, the paper puts forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation, spiritual poverty alleviation, and innovation in the motive mechanism and examination mechanism of precision poverty alleviation, which forms the strategic thinking of precision poverty alleviation in China in the new period. The implementation of General Secretary Xi's idea of precision poverty alleviation, It is of great significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great Chinese Dream.
