【摘要】：孟子的经济思想内容丰富、独创性强,在经济思想史上占有重要的地位。孟子主张在生产活动中要尊重自然规律,重视自然资源的可持续利用,具有朴素的生态经济思想;在政府与市场的关系上,孟子在主张实行自由放任的经济政策的同时,又具有宏观调控的思想;在产权理论上,孟子独创的恒产论是中国历史上第一次提出的支持私有财产制度的理论;在财政税收上,孟子主张实行轻徭薄赋的财税政策,并根据国家职能需要来确定税率的高低;在社会分工上,孟子论述了农业与手工业、脑力劳动与体力劳动之间分工的必要性和相互依赖性;在价格问题上,孟子已经有了模糊的"价值"概念,已经走到价值决定价格的理论边缘;此外,孟子还是历史上第一次提出垄断问题及其解决办法的人。
[Abstract]:Mencius' economic thought is rich in content and originality, and occupies an important position in the history of economic thought. Mencius advocates respecting the natural law and paying attention to the sustainable utilization of natural resources in the production activities. In the relationship between the government and the market, Mencius, while advocating the economic policy of laissez-faire, also has the idea of macro-control. Mencius' original theory of permanent property is the first theory in the history of China to support the private property system, in the financial and taxation, Mencius advocates the implementation of tax policy of light taxes and taxes, and determines the tax rate according to the needs of state functions. In the social division of labor, Mencius discussed the necessity and interdependence of the division of labor between agriculture and handicraft industry, mental labor and manual labor, and on the issue of price, Mencius had already had a vague concept of "value". In addition, Mencius is the first person in history to put forward the monopoly problem and its solution.
