【摘要】：奥利维尔·布兰查德是一位享誉全球的法裔美国当代经济学家,他在劳动力市场与失业、经济波动理论以及经济转轨理论等领域都有着卓越的贡献。在劳动力市场与失业领域,本文首先阐述布兰查德对欧洲失业现象的研究,包括典型事实的发现、触发因素的识别、理论机制的构建、政策的评估和建议;然后介绍他对美国劳动力市场的研究,包括劳动力的跨地区流动和劳动力市场的周期性行为等。在经济波动理论方面,本文依次介绍布兰查德对经济波动形态、构成与趋势的识别,以及对不同经济冲击后果的评估所做的贡献。对于经济转轨理论,布兰查德的工作集中于对前社会主义国家普遍存在的"U"形转轨路径的理论解释上,同时也对俄罗斯与中国的不同转轨实践进行了系统解释。此外,本文也对布兰查德在财政政策、金融市场、公司金融、宏观经济政策等领域的贡献进行了评介。
[Abstract]:Olivier Blanchard is a world-renowned French-American contemporary economist who has made remarkable contributions to the labour market and unemployment, economic volatility theory, and economic transition theory. This paper first describes Blanchard's research on unemployment in Europe, including the discovery of typical facts, the identification of trigger factors, the construction of theoretical mechanism, the evaluation and suggestion of policies, and then introduces his research on the American labor market. In terms of the theory of economic fluctuation, this paper introduces Blanchard's identification of the pattern, composition and trend of economic fluctuation in turn, including the transregional mobility of labor force and the cyclical behavior of labor market. And his contribution to the assessment of the consequences of different economic shocks. With regard to the theory of economic transition, Blanchard's work focused on the theoretical interpretation of the "U" transition path that existed widely in the former socialist countries. In addition, this paper also reviews Blanchard's contributions in the fields of fiscal policy, financial market, corporate finance, macroeconomic policy and so on.
