当代世界帝国主义的七个问题

【摘要】：本文将探讨人们对帝国主义论讳莫如深、闭口不谈的七个理由,以此探寻为帝国主义论正名及使其现代化(更新其方法论)的途径。人们对帝国主义概念讳莫如深的第一个理由是没有殖民地的帝国主义的问题。第二个理由是地缘政治的竞争。第三个理由是对全球权力构造的理解。第四个根据是列宁的帝国主义论导致了一种误解,使人们错误理解了发达资本主义国家和发展中国家间的关系。第五个理由是全球环境问题。第六个理由是"支配"与"霸权"的区别,把霸权的视角引入帝国主义的概念中。第七个理由是帝国主义动态机制的方法论,换言之,也就是帝国主义论的现代化。
[Abstract]:This paper will explore seven reasons why the imperialist theory should be kept secret and shut up so as to find a way to correct the name of imperialism and modernize it (update its methodology).The first reason why the concept of imperialism is so obscure is that there is no colony-free imperialism.The second reason is geopolitical competition.The third reason is an understanding of the structure of global power.The fourth argument is that Lenin's imperialist theory led to a misconception of the relationship between developed capitalist countries and developing countries.The fifth reason is global environmental problems.The sixth reason is the difference between "domination" and "hegemony" and the introduction of hegemonic perspective into the concept of imperialism.The seventh reason is the methodology of the dynamic mechanism of imperialism, in other words, the modernization of imperialism.
