谷霁光先生中国古代经济史研究的学术成就

【摘要】：谷霁光先生不仅对古代兵制史研究贡献突出,久享盛誉;而且对经济史研究也有显著成就,主要体现在:一是对战国秦汉时期"重农抑商"政策及其影响、政府行为与经济发展的关系做了较为系统的考察,许多观点至今仍为后人所沿用。二是对秦汉隋唐间不同田制的内容和实施情况做了贯通与综合阐述,且专就"屯田制""均田制""一丁百亩"问题作了审辨与考订,提出了新说。三是将西周的"助、藉、彻"和春秋时的"鲁用田赋"进行了重新诠释,对汉唐赋税征课之依据、项目、标准、方法的变化及其与地、资、丁、户的关系等首次作了全面论述,多有创获。四是对王安石变法与商品经济做了有益探讨,着力说明变法存在着阻力与斗争,并指出变法推动了商品经济发展,有利于社会进步。独具卓识,寓意宏深。
[Abstract]:Mr. Gu Jiguang not only made outstanding contributions to the study of the history of the ancient military system, but also made remarkable achievements in the study of economic history. The main achievements were as follows: first, he paid great attention to the policy of "emphasizing agriculture and restraining commerce" during the warring States period, Qin and Han dynasties, and its influence.The relationship between government behavior and economic development has been systematically investigated, and many views are still used by later generations.Second, the content and implementation of different farmland systems in the Qin and Han dynasties and the Sui and Tang dynasties were expounded, and a new theory was put forward.The third is the reinterpretation of the Western Zhou Dynasty's "help, by means of the help," and the "Lu Yi Tian Fu" in the Spring and Autumn period.
