【摘要】： 马克思恩格斯虽然未曾从事过专门就业工作,但他们在长期的革命实践和理论工作中,十分关注就业问题。马克思恩格斯研究就业问题,是将就业问题纳入资本主义经济社会发展的整体框架之中,把它与剩余价值生产、资本有机构成提高、利润率下降以及经济危机紧密地联系在一起,从哲学、科学社会主义和政治经济学的广阔领域对就业问题进行深刻研究,形成了马克思恩格斯就业思想。马克思恩格斯就业思想散见于马克思恩格斯的著作、手稿、书信、笔记中,以马克思恩格斯关于职业的选择、劳动力、工资、失业等一系列有关就业问题的论述体现出来。马克思恩格斯就业思想是马克思主义政治经济学理论的重要组成部分,是马克思主义就业理论发展的理论基础。研究马克思恩格斯就业思想,有助于加深马克思恩格斯对就业问题论述的理解,有助于完整、准确地领会马克思主义政治经济学理论,对就业理论研究、制定就业政策、做好就业工作,都具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。全文由三部分组成: 第一部分:马克思恩格斯就业思想形成的历史条件。这一部分主要阐述了马克思恩格斯就业思想形成的时代背景、理论渊源和实践基础,为马克思恩格斯就业思想主要内容和理论价值与实践意义的展开奠定了基础。第二部分:马克思恩格斯就业思想的主要内容。该部分是在分析马克思恩格斯关于就业问题论述的基础上,运用系统分析法,梳理出马克思恩格斯就业思想的主要内容,即:职业选择的论述、劳动力的论述、工资的论述、分工与就业关系的论述、失业的论述等。第三部分:马克思恩格斯就业思想的理论价值和现实意义。这一部分在第一、二部分的基础上,基于当前我国的就业现实,深入分析了马克思恩格斯就业思想的理论价值和现实意义。这部分是全文的重点。
[Abstract]:Although Marx and Engels had not been engaged in specialized employment, they paid great attention to employment in their long-term revolutionary practice and theoretical work.Marx and Engels' study of employment is to bring it into the overall framework of capitalist economic and social development, to combine it with the production of surplus value, and to improve the organic composition of capital.The decline of profit margin and economic crisis are closely related to each other. From the broad fields of philosophy, scientific socialism and political economy, the employment problem has been deeply studied, and Marx and Engels' employment thought has been formed.Marx and Engels' employment thoughts are scattered in Marx and Engels' works, manuscripts, letters and notes, which are embodied in Marx and Engels' exposition on the choice of occupation, labor force, wages, unemployment and so on.Marx and Engels' employment thought is an important part of Marxist political economy theory and the theoretical basis of the development of Marxist employment theory.The study of Marx and Engels' employment thought will help to deepen Marx and Engels' understanding of employment issues, help him to understand Marxist political economy theory accurately, study employment theory, and formulate employment policy.Do a good job, have very important theoretical value and practical significance.The full text consists of three parts:The first part: the historical condition of the formation of Marx and Engels' employment thought.This part mainly expounds the background of the formation of Marx and Engels' employment thought, the theoretical origin and the practical basis, which lays a foundation for the development of Marx and Engels' employment thought, the theoretical value and the practical significance.The second part: the main content of Marx and Engels' employment thought.This part is on the basis of analyzing Marx and Engels' exposition on employment problem, using system analysis method, carding out the main content of Marx and Engels' employment thought, namely: the exposition of occupation choice, the exposition of labor force, the exposition of salary.The relation between division of labor and employment, unemployment and so on.The third part: the theoretical value and practical significance of Marx and Engels' employment thought.On the basis of the first and second parts, this part analyzes the theoretical value and practical significance of Marx and Engels' employment thought based on the present employment reality in our country.This part is the focus of the full text.
