应用型高校经济类学科课程体系设置的探索与研究

【摘要】：应用型高校把培养应用技能型人才作为办学的出发点和落脚点。作为基础学科之一的经济类学科,伴随着我国社会主义经济建设的深入发展和国际经济形势的风云变幻,要想培养出符合社会经济发展需要、实践能力强、综合素质高的应用复合型管理人才,势必要在人才培养方案中对课程体系的设置作以详细的思考和设计。目前,应用型本科高校在完成本科教育规范、外延拓展建设等工作后,进入了人才培养模式及课程设置评价改革探索的新时期。经济类学科人才培养课程体系的设置还存在很多问题与不足,表现在课程体系的设计、内容等诸多方面。设计上欠缺全局观和发展观;内容上很少用发展的眼光来做理论上的创新和纵深;在实际操作层面操作性较弱,衡量标准和评教体系尚不够客观、公正。近年来,随着经济类学科在本科院校所占比重逐年增加,给人才培养课程体系的设置与评价带来前所未有的难度。综上所述,应用型经济类本科人才培养改革势在必行。随着作为人才培养的基础环节,应用型本科教育课程体系设置与评价的研究具有极其重要的理论构建和实践探索意义。
[Abstract]:Practical colleges and universities take the cultivation of applied talents as the starting point and foothold of running a school.As one of the basic disciplines, the economic discipline, with the further development of socialist economic construction in China and the changing international economic situation, must cultivate a strong practical ability to meet the needs of social and economic development.The application of compound management talents with high comprehensive quality is bound to give detailed consideration and design to the curriculum system in the talent training program.At present, after completing the work of undergraduate education standard and extension construction, applied undergraduate colleges and universities have entered a new period of talent training mode and curriculum evaluation and exploration.There are still many problems and shortcomings in setting up the curriculum system for the training of economic subject talents, which is manifested in the design and content of the curriculum system and so on.The design lacks the overall view and the development view; the content seldom uses the development vision to do the theoretical innovation and the depth; in the actual operation aspect the operability is relatively weak, the measurement standard and the appraisal teaching system are not enough objective, just.In recent years, with the increasing proportion of economic subjects in colleges and universities, it has brought unprecedented difficulty to the establishment and evaluation of talent training curriculum system.To sum up, the reform of applied economy undergraduate talent training is imperative.As the basic link of talent training, the study of curriculum system setting and evaluation of applied undergraduate education is of great significance in theoretical construction and practical exploration.
