论普雷维什的特权消费社会思想

【摘要】：在普雷维什看来,外围资本主义国家,即拉美国家是典型的特权消费社会;特权阶层凭借经济、政治、文化等特权攫取了巨额经济剩余,其中大部分被他们模仿中心资本主义国家的奢侈消费方式消耗掉,从而造成了再生产资本积累的巨大浪费,以致于社会体系缺乏动力和活力,各种危机频发。普雷维什的特权消费社会思想启示我们:只有全面贯彻从严治党战略,深入开展反腐败斗争,强拆特权利益集团利益固化的藩篱,崇尚俭朴精神,才能避免重蹈"拉美发展陷阱"的覆辙;只有坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路,才能实现中华民族的伟大历史复兴。
[Abstract]:In Prebisch's view, the peripheral capitalist countries, that is, Latin American countries, are typical privileged consumer societies; the privileged class grabs up huge economic surpluses by virtue of economic, political, cultural, and other privileges.Most of them are consumed by their extravagant consumption mode which imitates the central capitalist countries resulting in a huge waste of reproduction capital accumulation resulting in the lack of power and vitality of the social system and the frequent occurrence of various crises.Prebisch's idea of privileged consumption society enlightens us: only by comprehensively implementing the strategy of strict administration of the Party, deeply carrying out the anti-corruption struggle, forcibly breaking down the fence of the interests of privileged interest groups, advocating the spirit of frugality,Only by firmly following the socialist road with Chinese characteristics can the great historical rejuvenation of the Chinese nation be realized.
