产业集群的虚拟转型

【摘要】：互联网经济下,虚拟转型使产业集群的发展直接超越了地理空间的边界束缚,进入其中的企业遍布全球,而其能够容纳的企业数量和规模不再有极限约束。虚拟产业集群先天性的全球化属性及其成员在地理空间上的分散化分布,直接颠覆了传统理论基于地理空间对产业集群的定义。传统理论认为"外部规模经济"是产业集群直接带来的优势。根据分工和交易成本理论,本文指出直接带来该优势的不是产业集群,而是分工。产业集群的根本优势在于其能有效缩短分工之间的"距离",并以此降低分工之间的协作成本,从而促进分工的深化发展,这种距离包含"空间距离"和"心理距离"两层涵义。本文研究结果表明,虚拟转型使产业集群可以利用现代化的信息技术将其内部各企业间互动的距离缩短至零;并能通过社区化运作,利用社区中正式制度和非正式制度的融合优势来有效缩短各行为主体间的心理距离。虚拟转型使产业集群的形成和演进发生了根本性变化,"平台主导—社区化运作—无边界发展"的虚拟产业集群演化路径替代了"数量集中—质量提升—研发和品牌创新主导"的传统产业集群演化路径。虚拟转型使产业集群成了"企业",成了"社区",成了发现有效"组织制度"的实验基地,其组织形态、运作机制、规模和能力都实现了无边界发展。
[Abstract]:Internet economy, virtual transformation makes the development of industrial cluster beyond the geographical boundary constraints, into one of the enterprises all over the world, and the number and size of the enterprise is no longer able to accommodate the limit. The globalization of virtual industry clusters of congenital attribute and its members decentralized on geographic distribution, directly subvert the traditional definition based on the theory of geographic space of industrial clusters. The traditional theory that "external scale economy" is the direct advantage of industrial cluster. According to the division of labor and transaction cost theory, this paper points out that the advantage is not directly bring about industrial clusters, but the division of labor. Fundamental advantage lies in its industrial cluster can effectively shorten the division between the "distance", and in order to reduce the cost of cooperation between the division of labor, so as to promote the deepening of division of labor, the distance include "distance" and "psychological distance" two layers of culvert Meaning. The results of this study indicate that the transformation of virtual industry cluster can use modern information technology to the enterprise internal interaction between the distance is shortened to zero; and through the operation of the community, to shorten the psychological distance between the various actors with the formal institutions and informal institutions in the community to form virtual transformation integration advantage. And the evolution of industrial cluster has undergone a fundamental change, "virtual industry cluster platform - Community Operation - no border development" instead of "the evolution path of traditional industrial cluster number concentrated quality improvement - brand development and innovation oriented" evolution path. The virtual transformation makes the industrial clusters into the enterprise, into "the community", the experimental base to find effective organization system, its organization form, operation mechanism, scale and ability are achieved without borders.
