邓小平农业思想与河南农业发展实践研究

【摘要】：邓小平农业思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分，其内涵是十分丰富的，对我国农业的发展具有重要的指导意义。河南作为一个传统农业大省，农业的发展关系着本省产业结构的调整和经济的发展，作为粮食主产区，关系着本省乃至全国的粮食安全问题，因此，河南农业的地位是举足轻重的。首先对河南农业发展的基本概况进行阐述，接着将邓小平农业思想和河南农业发展实践结合起来进行研究，指出邓小平农业思想对河南农业发展的意义，展示河南农业发展取得的成果，包括粮食产量大幅度增长，农产品深加工发展迅速，产业化进程加快，农民的收入和生活水平不断提高。其次，分析河南农业面临的现实约束，包含农业资源方面、基础设施方面、科学技术方面、资金投入方面的制约因素等，同时对河南农业的未来进行了展望，提出了河南农业发展的战略目标。最后，联系当前实际，与时俱进，探讨了继续在邓小平农业思想的指导下如何实现河南农业跨越发展的途径。继续稳固农业基础地位，保证粮食安全；推进政策改革，提供制度保障；贯彻科教兴农思想，提供智力支持；加大农业投入；坚持工农互动，发展特色农业；推动产业化市场化进程；走可持续农业发展道路，实现农业科学发展；统筹城乡协调发展，全面助推河南农业的现代化进程。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory, its connotation is very rich, and has important guiding significance to the development of our country's agriculture.As a large traditional agricultural province, Henan's agricultural development is related to the adjustment of its industrial structure and the development of its economy. As the main grain producing area, it is related to the food security of the province and even the whole country.The position of Henan agriculture is very important.First of all, it expounds the basic situation of Henan agricultural development, and then studies the combination of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought and Henan's agricultural development practice, and points out the significance of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought to Henan's agricultural development.The results of agricultural development in Henan province include the large increase in grain output, the rapid development of deep processing of agricultural products, the acceleration of industrialization, and the continuous improvement of farmers' incomes and living standards.Secondly, the paper analyzes the practical constraints of Henan agriculture, including agricultural resources, infrastructure, science and technology, capital investment, and so on. At the same time, the future of Henan agriculture is prospected.The strategic goal of Henan agricultural development is put forward.Finally, according to the current situation and keeping pace with the times, this paper discusses how to realize the agricultural leapfrogging development in Henan under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural thought.To continue to stabilize the basic position of agriculture to ensure food security; to promote policy reform, to provide institutional security; to implement the idea of revitalizing agriculture through science and education, to provide intellectual support; to increase agricultural input; to adhere to the interaction between workers and farmers; to develop agriculture with characteristics;Promote the industrialization marketization process, take the road of sustainable agricultural development, realize agricultural scientific development, coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, and promote the modernization process of Henan agriculture in an all-round way.
