经管类专业实验室建设若干问题的探讨

【摘要】：经管类专业实验室建设能缓解人才供需矛盾,提升高校人才培养水平,优化学生素质结构等。本文基于实验室建设的可持续原则、科学性原则、效益性原则、专业性原则等,反思实验室现状,提出可行性建议:突出能力本位,提升实验室建设高度,强化市场调研,优化实验室建设定位,拓展资金渠道,多途径优化队伍素质,完善实验室制度设计,提升信息化水平,促进实验室资源有效整合等。
[Abstract]:The construction of professional laboratory of economic management can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of talents, improve the level of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, and optimize the structure of students' quality.Based on the sustainable principle, scientific principle, benefit principle and professional principle of laboratory construction, this paper reflects on the present situation of the laboratory and puts forward some feasible suggestions: to highlight the ability standard, to enhance the laboratory construction height, to strengthen the market investigation, and so on.We should optimize the orientation of laboratory construction, expand the channel of funds, optimize the quality of the team, perfect the design of laboratory system, improve the level of information, and promote the effective integration of laboratory resources.
