探究区域碳绩效评价体系——以江苏省为例

【摘要】：文章依据时代热议话题,关注碳排放的环保和效益问题,提出建立区域碳绩效评价体系、分析江苏省苏北、苏中和苏南三大地区碳绩效的状况的课题。通过数值分析苏北、苏中及苏南地区的碳绩效情况,利用平衡计分卡、灰色关联分析等方法,最终建立碳绩效评价的定性、定量体系,并提出相应的绿色发展建议。
[Abstract]:According to the hot topic of the times, the paper puts forward the establishment of regional carbon performance evaluation system and analyzes the status of carbon performance in three regions of Jiangsu Province, namely, north, middle and south of Jiangsu Province, focusing on the environmental protection and efficiency of carbon emissions. Based on the numerical analysis of carbon performance in northern, middle and southern Jiangsu, the qualitative and quantitative system of carbon performance evaluation was established by using balanced scorecard and grey relational analysis, and the corresponding green development suggestions were put forward.
