【摘要】： 产业集群(Industrial Cluster)是一种新近日益引起人们重视的经济现象，是指在某一特定领域上相关公司和机构的集合。产业集群是每个国家国民经济、区域经济，甚至都市经济的一个显著特征，，在发达国家尤其如此。产业集群的发展优势在于：产业集群是以专业分工高度化和集中化为特征的，这种结构很有活力。专业分工程度很高的企业集中在一起，具有群体效应，这也是一种规模效应，其管理费用和经营成本要比单个的大型企业低得多。因此，产业集群现象引起产业界和理论界的普遍关注。本文研究产业集群的竞争优势以及开放型经济中产业集群的发展对策。第一部分阐述产业集群的概念特征、国内外理论回顾及对优势弊端进行定性分析；第二部分分析国内外产业集群的发展现状，重点分析浙江省民营企业推动的产业集群状况，并以温州制笔业的发展为实证探讨产业集群优劣势及发展思路；第三部分探讨开放经济中浙江产业集群的发展模式及发展对策。笔者相信，在中国加入WTO及世界经济一体化的背景下，依靠政府、民间组织及企业的共同努力，浙江的产业集群会健康有序地发展，浙江的经济也会更加充满活力。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an economic phenomenon that has been paid more and more attention recently. It refers to the collection of related companies and institutions in a particular field. Industrial cluster is a remarkable feature of national economy, regional economy and even urban economy in every country, especially in developed countries. The development advantage of industrial cluster lies in that the industrial cluster is characterized by specialization and centralization, and this structure is very dynamic. The enterprises with high degree of specialization have group effect, which is also a kind of scale effect. The cost of management and operation is much lower than that of a single large enterprise. Therefore, the phenomenon of industrial clusters has aroused widespread concern in industry and theoretical circles. This paper studies the competitive advantages of industrial clusters and the development countermeasures of industrial clusters in open economy. The first part describes the concept of industrial clusters, domestic and foreign theoretical review and qualitative analysis of advantages and disadvantages; the second part analyzes the development of industrial clusters at home and abroad, focusing on the status of industrial clusters promoted by private enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Taking the development of Wenzhou pen industry as an example, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of industrial clusters and their development ideas. The third part discusses the development model and development countermeasures of Zhejiang industrial clusters in open economy. The author believes that under the background of China's entry into WTO and the integration of the world economy, depending on the joint efforts of the government, non-governmental organizations and enterprises, Zhejiang's industrial cluster will develop healthily and orderly, and Zhejiang's economy will become more dynamic.
