利益相对受损群体经济行为的政府管制

【摘要】：利益相对受损群体是经济社会转型过程中出现的一个值得关注的利益群体。其特征是他们总是将自己劳动付出的成本和获取的收益与参照群体进行比较,产生了"相对剥夺感"心理。本文运用博弈论分析利益相对受损群体的经济行为发现:他们为了从地方政府获得较多的经济补偿,会产生与之讨价还价的重复博弈或者谋取占优策略。因此,地方政府必须坚持依法依规、维护公共利益和强制执行的原则,规制利益相对受损群体的经济行为,消解其"相对剥夺感"心理。
[Abstract]:The interest relative damage group is an interest group which should be paid attention to in the process of economic and social transformation. Their characteristics are that they always compare their labor costs and gains with the reference group, which produces a sense of relative deprivation. This paper uses game theory to analyze the economic behavior of groups with relatively damaged interests and finds that in order to obtain more economic compensation from local governments, they will produce repeated games or dominant strategies to bargain with them. Therefore, the local government must adhere to the principle of according to law, safeguard the public interest and enforce the law, regulate the economic behavior of the group whose interests are relatively damaged, and dispel their "relative deprivation" mentality.
