马克思主义经济学与新制度经济学关于制度变迁理论的比较研究

【摘要】： 自从新制度经济学被引入我国以来，由于其与马克思主义经济学在研究方法、研究对象和分析框架等方面的相似性，经济学理论界对二者之间的比较研究已经从多角度展开。虽然对马克思主义经济学和新制度经济学在制度变迁理论方面的比较研究文献时有所见，，但它们大多是粗线条、定性和零散的，对其进行系统、全面、具体研究的文献还不多，有的观点还存在值得商榷之处。因此，用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，把新制度经济学和马克思主义经济学的制度变迁理论作客观公正的比较研究就显得十分必要。本文在分别系统地分析马克思主义经济学和新制度经济学制度变迁理论的基础上，比较分析了两种制度变迁理论的原则区别和相通之处，并试图把新制度经济学制度变迁理论的合理内核纳入到马克思主义经济学的制度变迁理论体系之中，构建一种全面、系统的制度变迁理论。全文分为导言、正文的三个部分和结语：导言部分提出了本文的研究对象、研究目的和研究方法。正文部分是本文的主体，它又分三个部分：第一部分首先区分了马克思主义经济学制度变迁理论的两种相互联系而又有区别的含义，即宏观的社会制度变迁和微观的具体制度变迁，并指出了马克思主义经济学在考察制度变迁中的两种不同视角，即客观制度和主观制度。然后以客观的社会制度为重点分析了其变迁的动力源泉和路线轨迹；根据散见于马克思主义经典作家著作中的有关论述总结出了经常被忽略的马克思主义经济学关于微观具体制度变迁的理论；阐述了国家政权和人的主观能动性在制度变迁中的作用；最后在此基础上进一步总结出马克思主义经济学完整的制度变迁理论。第二部分从引述新制度经济学学者对制度的不同定义和描述入手，总结了他们所论述的制度变迁的共同特点，并以新制度经济学代表性作家D·诺思的理论为重点，兼顾其他学者的理论，对制度变迁的动力机制、路径依赖，以及学习和组织在制度变迁中的作用、变迁的类型等分别做了论述，从多个侧面反映了新制度经济学制度变迁理论的全貌。第三部分是本文的写作根本目的和重点所在。在这一部分中，首先从方法论、理论基础、考察的角度、重点、层次，以及制度变迁的动力理论，推动制度变迁的行为主体、变迁的方式等六个方面比较了马克思主义经济学和新制度经济学在制度变迁理论上的不同之处，然后又指出了他们在分析框架、动力论和技术与制度变迁的关系、制度创新的评价标准，以及方法论上的可沟通和相同之处。最后就为什么要在实践中坚持和发展马克思主义、怎样发展马克思主义的制度变迁理论、如何吸收利用新制度经济学的制度变迁理论等提出了作者的观点，并结合马克思主义经济学和新制度经济学论述了作者对制度变迁理论的认识。结语部分是本文的最后一部分，论述了本文的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of the new institutional economics to China, the research object of the new institutional economics has been studied with Marx economics.
Compared with the analysis framework, the comparative study of the two theories has been carried out from many angles.
The literature on comparative study of Marx's theory of economics and new institutional economics in the theory of institutional change has been seen.
Most of them are rough lines, qualitative and fragmented, and they are systematic and comprehensive.
There is something to be debatable. Therefore, with Marx's standpoint, viewpoint and method, the new institutional economics and Marx should be the main body.
The theory of institutional change in the theory of justice is very necessary for the comparative study of objectivity and fairness.
Based on the systematic analysis of the theory of institutional change of Marx economics and new institutional economics, this paper makes a systematic analysis.
This paper analyzes the differences and similarities between the two theories of institutional change, and attempts to integrate the theory of institutional change in New Institutional Economics.
The core of the theory is incorporated into the theoretical system of Marx's theory of institutional change, and a comprehensive and systematic institutional change is constructed.
Theory. The full text is divided into the introduction, the three parts and the conclusion of the text.
The introduction puts forward the research object, research purpose and research method.
The body part is the main body of this paper. It is further divided into three parts.
The first part distinguishes two interrelated and differentiated elements of Marx's theory of institutional change of economics.
That is, macro social system change and micro institutional change, and points out the system of Marx economics.
Two different perspectives of change, namely objective system and subjective system, are analyzed with emphasis on objective social system.
The source of power and the track of the movement; and the summary of the related discussions in the works of Marx's classical writers.
The neglected theory of Marx economics on microcosmic concrete institutional change, and expounds the subjective initiative of state power and people.
Finally, on the basis of this, the complete institutional change of Marx economics is summed up.
Theory.
The second part begins with the introduction of different definitions and descriptions of systems in the new system economics scholars, and sums up what they have discussed.
The common characteristics of institutional change are based on the theory of D North, a representative representative of new institutional economics, taking into account other scholars.
The dynamic mechanism, path dependence of institutional change, and the role of learning and organization in institutional change.
Types and so on are discussed separately, reflecting the whole picture of the institutional change theory of new institutional economics from many aspects.
The third part is the basic purpose and emphasis of this article. In this part, first, from the methodology and theoretical basis,
The perspective, emphasis, level, and the dynamic theory of institutional change are the driving force behind the institutional change.
In the six aspects, the differences between Marx economics and new institutional economics in the theory of institutional change are compared.
They also pointed out their relationship in the analysis framework, power theory and technology and system changes, the evaluation criteria of institutional innovation, and the side.
Finally, why should we persist in and develop Marx doctrine in practice and how to develop horses?
Kyth's theory of institutional change, how to absorb and utilize the theory of institutional change of new institutional economics, put forward the author's view.
It also discusses the author's understanding of the theory of institutional change in the light of Marx economics and new institutional economics.
The epilogue is the last part of this article, which discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this article.
