治国理政与中国特色“系统化的经济学说”——基于中国特色社会主义政治经济学主线、主题、主导的探索

【摘要】：中国特色"系统化的经济学说"作为中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展的新形态,以"进行第二次结合"为基础,在"战略思想"意义上对治国理政重大理论问题的探索为思想特色。在决战决胜全面建成小康社会的进程中,"系统化的经济学说"的发展特别是关于解放和发展社会生产力理论主线、新发展理念主导、社会主义市场经济理论主题等问题的探索,为治国理政新理念新思想新战略提供了新的理论基石。"系统化的经济学说"新发展,揭示了中国特色社会主义经济关系的根本立场和根本理念,增强了社会主义初级阶段经济制度和经济体制的整体研究,拓展了中国特色社会主义生产方式及其相适应的生产关系和交换关系的总体研究等,从多方面彰显了与治国理政新理念新思想新战略紧密相连的思想特色。
[Abstract]:As a new form of political and economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, "systematic economic theory" with Chinese characteristics is based on the second combination. In the sense of "strategic thought", the exploration of important theoretical issues of governing and administration is the ideological characteristic. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the development of the "systematic economic theory", especially the exploration of the main line of the theory of liberating and developing the social productive forces, the leading of the new development concept, the theme of the theory of socialist market economy, and so on, It provides a new theoretical foundation for new ideas and new strategies. " The new development of the systematic economic theory reveals the fundamental stand and fundamental concept of the economic relationship of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and strengthens the overall study of the economic system and economic system in the primary stage of socialism. It expands the overall research on the mode of production with Chinese characteristics and its corresponding relations of production and exchange, and shows the ideological characteristics closely connected with the new ideas and new strategies of governing the country and politics from many aspects.
