习近平精准扶贫思想的战略创新

【摘要】：习近平精准扶贫思想是对中共长期扶贫工作经验的深刻总结和重要创新。精准扶贫思想的提出是基于一种宏大的视野,社会主义本质理论、当前我国的贫困现状以及中国共产党的宗旨使命是其重要时空依据。精准扶贫在基本内涵上有着精确的定位,即以"真"为前提、以"准"为核心、以"精"为关键。精准扶贫在具体路径上主张综合施力,即坚持中央与地方相结合、政府与社会相结合以及扶志与扶智相结合。习近平精准扶贫思想坚持和发展了马克思主义唯物论、马克思主义群众观以及社会主义本质理论,具有十分崇高的思想境界。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation is a profound summary and important innovation of the CPC's long-term work experience in poverty alleviation. The idea of precision poverty alleviation is based on a grand vision, the theory of socialist essence, the current poverty situation in China and the mission of the Communist Party of China. Precision poverty alleviation has a precise orientation in its basic connotation, that is, taking "true" as the premise, "accurate" as the core, and "fine" as the key. Precision poverty alleviation in the specific path of comprehensive efforts, that is, adhere to the integration of central and local governments and society, as well as support the Zhi and the combination of wisdom. Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor with precision adheres to and develops Marxist materialism, Marxist view of the masses and the theory of socialist essence, and has a very lofty ideological realm.
