技术进步引致山东省人力资本形成的研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的大环境下，技术进步与人力资本已经成为促进经济发展的重要因素。纵观改革开放以来，山东省经济发展状况，技术落后和人力资本存量相对不足显然放慢了我省经济增长方式的转变的脚步，同时也大大阻碍全面开放、产业结构的优化升级。本文从“技术进步引致人力资本形成”的角度研究我省的技术进步与人力资本。在理论分析方面，以传统人力资本形成理论为基础，从理论上阐明技术进步与人力资本形成的关系；在经验研究上，结合1978年之后山东省引进先进技术的实际情况进行实证研究，以数据的形式论证技术进步对于人力资本形成的引致作用。最后在研究结果的基础上，，实事求是分析我省经济发展中遇到的技术和人力资本问题，能更有针对性地促进经济发展。回顾众多学者对于技术进步与人力资本的研究成果后，形成本文写作的思路和方法，作者在文章中采用最新的指标来衡量技术进步与人力资本，用劳动生产率和平均受教育年限分别表示技术进步与人力资本。对数据进行平稳性分析，然后进行格兰杰因果检验，对于两者之间的关系进行实证分析，明确两者的关系，突出技术进步对于人力资本形成的引致作用，通过分析得出我省经济发展过程中存在的技术进步与人力资本的问题和阻碍，提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of economic globalization, technological progress and human capital have become important factors to promote economic development. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the backward technology and the relative shortage of human capital have slowed down the transformation of the economic growth mode in Shandong Province, and at the same time greatly hindered the overall opening up and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. This paper studies the technological progress and human capital of our province from the point of view of the formation of human capital caused by technological progress. In theoretical analysis, based on the traditional theory of human capital formation, the relationship between technological progress and human capital formation is expounded theoretically. Combining with the actual situation of the introduction of advanced technology in Shandong Province after 1978, this paper makes an empirical study and demonstrates the leading effect of technological progress on the formation of human capital in the form of data. Finally, on the basis of the research results, it is possible to analyze the technical and human capital problems encountered in the economic development of our province in a practical and realistic manner, which can promote the economic development more pertinently. After reviewing the research achievements of many scholars on technological progress and human capital, the author forms the thinking and method of writing this paper. In this paper, the author uses the latest indicators to measure the technological progress and human capital. Use labor productivity and average years of education to represent technological progress and human capital, respectively. The stationary analysis of the data, then Granger causality test, empirical analysis of the relationship between the two, clear the relationship between the two, highlighting the technological progress on the formation of human capital, Through analyzing the problems and obstacles of technological progress and human capital in the process of economic development in our province, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
