基于创新网络的地区产业集群发展研究

【摘要】：作为一种地方根植性网络组织,产业集群对于地区经济的发展有着重要贡献,特别是在加入WTO后,我国企业在国内和国际市场面临来自跨国公司愈来愈激烈的竞争,在核心竞争力缺乏下产业集群将是传统中小企业参与国际竞争的有效组织形式,也是我国传统产业走向集约化、专业化的重要形式,这种相关产业和支持产业所形成的产业群聚是地区竞争优势的重要来源,是提升地区竞争力的重要战略工具。本文在对集群理论综述的基础上,从产业集群竞争优势的演化出发,提出基于创新网络的集群竞争力,运用资源观和网络分析方法分析创新网络构成及其创新行为机制,描述了基于创新网络的集群竞争力模型,并进一步阐释了地区集群发展战略的政策体系及其实践。论文第一部分提出本文研究目的、研究意义,研究思路与研究方法,并对有关概念予以界定。第二部分,回顾国内外企业集群理论研究的相关文献,并进行梳理、归纳和简要评价。第三部分,论文从产业集群的竞争优势演化出发,产业集群由集聚经济优势向创新网络优势演化的内在机理,并分析了基于创新网络动态优势的地区产业集群发展。在前一部分分析的基础上,论文第四部分通过网络分析方法对产业集群创新网络的构成及其行为机制做了深入的分析,指出资源、结构和集群企业的行为在影响集群竞争力中的作用。论文第五部分根据第四部分的分析,描述性地构建了一个基于创新网络的集群竞争力模型,描述了集群内的资源、集群的结构和集群内企业行为是如何影响产业集群竞争优势的。基于前面的分析,在论文的第六部分,我们给出了一个地区产业集群发展的政策框架,并结合温州经济技术开发区发展案例对集群发展政策做了实证的考察。论文的最后对全文的一个简要小结和对今后研究展望。总体上说,国内外对于产业集群发展及其竞争力的研究尚处于探索阶段,从
[Abstract]:As a kind of local root - planting network organization , the industrial cluster has important contribution to the development of regional economy , especially after joining the WTO , our enterprises face the increasingly fierce competition from transnational corporations in the domestic and international markets . In the absence of the core competitiveness , the industrial cluster will be the effective organization form of the traditional small and medium - sized enterprises in international competition .

Based on the summary of cluster theory , this paper puts forward the cluster competitiveness based on innovation network from the evolution of competitive advantage of industrial clusters , analyzes the structure of innovation network and its innovative behavior mechanism by using the resources view and network analysis method , describes the cluster competitiveness model based on innovation network , and further explains the policy system and practice of regional cluster development strategy .

The first part of this paper presents the research purpose , research significance , research thinking and research methods of this paper , and defines the concept .

In the second part , we review the relevant literatures about the research of enterprise cluster theory at home and abroad , and summarize , sum up and brief evaluation .

In the third part , based on the evolution of the competitive advantage of industrial clusters , the paper analyzes the inherent mechanism of the advantages of industrial clusters from the advantages of agglomeration economy to the innovation network , and analyzes the development of regional industrial clusters based on the dynamic advantages of the innovation network .

Based on the analysis of the former part , the fourth part of this paper makes an in - depth analysis on the structure and the behavior mechanism of the industrial cluster innovation network through the network analysis method , and points out the role of resources , structure and cluster enterprises in influencing the competitiveness of the cluster .

In the fifth part , according to the analysis of the fourth part , a cluster competitiveness model based on the innovation network is constructed , which describes how the resources , the structure of the cluster and the enterprise behavior in the cluster affect the competitive advantage of the industrial clusters .

Based on the previous analysis , in the sixth part of the paper , we give a policy framework for the development of regional industrial clusters , and make an empirical study on cluster development policy in combination with the development case of Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone .

Finally , a brief summary of the paper and the prospect of future research are presented in this paper .
