金融发展与经济可持续发展的关系研究

【摘要】：可持续发展是一个关系人类持续生存和发展的全局性的、重大而紧迫的问题。对中国而言，由于人口众多、资源相对不足等问题的存在，这一问题显得尤为迫切。特别是党的十六届三中全会提出了“坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观”。因此，分析研究可持续发展战略具有极强的现实必要性。然而，现实的研究由于各种各样的原因，还存在很多不足，目前还缺乏对可持续发展在理论上与各学科的联系、在实践上与诸多政策与措施的关系的深入而全面的探究。特别是，对金融发展与可持续发展关系的相关系统研究非常少。因此，，基于可持续发展的战略地位，基于金融在经济中的地位日益增强、与经济的联系日益密切，全面深入的分析两者的关系就显得非常重要。本文正是由此立论，全面、系统、全过程的考察两者的关系的，这将是一个理论上的创新。本文分为三篇，共十二章。本文第一篇包括三章，主要介绍可持续发展的相关内容。这一篇主要是从经济学角度来阐释可持续发展。本篇综合运用经济学、哲学、发展经济学、政治经济学理论与相关模型，结合政策、措施的实践，对可持续发展的理论内涵、过程、路径与制约因素进行了详细的经济学层面的探讨；本文第二篇包括四章，全面介绍了金融发展。本篇采用文献综述、实证分析、理论论证、对策研究、比较分析等方法，对金融发展的内涵、发展趋势、发展理论、发展的内外协调以及金融可持续发展等内容进行了深入、全面的研究，对我国金融发展进行了全面的考察、分析；本文第三篇包括五章。这一篇全面的论述了金融发展与可持续发展的关系，是本文的重点和主要创新点所在。本篇以创新的视角，即把可持续发展的动态、静态、动静结合形态的这样一种发展过程与金融发展的关系进行了深入分析、论证，本篇综合运用了模型、案例分析、理论分析等方法，实现了理论逻辑体系的创新。而在最后，本篇结合中国的实际，提出了致力于提高可持续发展水平和金融发展水平、密切双方互动关系的对策，作为本文的结语，这可以为我国经济与社会可持续发展的实践提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is an important and urgent problem related to the sustainable survival and development of human beings. For China, due to the large population, relatively insufficient resources and other problems, this problem is particularly urgent. In particular, the third Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study sustainable development strategy. However, due to various reasons, there are still many deficiencies in the study of reality. At present, there is still a lack of a deep and comprehensive exploration of the relationship between sustainable development and various disciplines in theory and with many policies and measures in practice. In particular, the relationship between financial development and sustainable development system research is very few. Therefore, based on the strategic position of sustainable development, the increasing position of finance in the economy, and the increasingly close relationship with the economy, it is very important to analyze the relationship between the two. This paper is based on this theory, comprehensive, systematic, the whole process of investigation of the relationship between the two, this will be a theoretical innovation. This article is divided into three chapters, a total of 12 chapters. The first part of this paper includes three chapters, mainly introduces the related contents of sustainable development. This article is mainly from the angle of economics to explain sustainable development. This paper synthetically applies economics, philosophy, development economics, political economics theory and relevant models, combined with the practice of policies and measures, to the theoretical connotation and process of sustainable development. The second part of this paper includes four chapters, which introduce the financial development in an all-round way. By means of literature review, empirical analysis, theoretical argumentation, countermeasure research, comparative analysis and so on, this paper makes a thorough study of the connotation, development trend, development theory, internal and external coordination of financial development and sustainable financial development. The third part includes five chapters. This article comprehensively discusses the relationship between financial development and sustainable development, which is the focus and main innovation of this paper. This paper analyzes the relationship between the dynamic, static and dynamic development process of sustainable development and financial development from the perspective of innovation. Theoretical analysis and other methods to achieve the innovation of the theoretical logic system. In the end, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of sustainable development and the level of financial development, close the interaction between the two sides, as the conclusion of this paper. This can provide new ideas for the practice of sustainable economic and social development in China.
