【摘要】：正撇开各种纷繁喧嚣,二者的争论也为我们更好地观察中国这个高速运行的巨大经济体提供了方向1995年,林毅夫与张维迎关于国企改革的方向问题发生激烈辩论,被学界称为"北大交火事件"。二十多年间,犹如历史上的米塞斯vs兰格、哈耶克vs凯恩斯,二位顶尖学者的争鸣有呼有应,都在为自己坚持的观点、立场正名,这是一场关乎政府与市场的命题,这是值得点赞的争鸣。产业政策之争之所以重要,因为其本质是计划与市场之争,两人辩论结果关乎中国未来的政策导向。撇开各种纷繁喧嚣,二者的争论也为我们更好地观察中国这个高速运行的巨大经济体提供了方向,让我们以充实的角度来了解政府与市场这两个主体之间如何处理其微妙的平衡关系。
[Abstract]:Despite all the hustle and bustle, the controversy between the two has also provided us with a better view of China, a huge economy that is running at a high speed. In 1995, there was a heated debate between Lin Yifu and Zhang Weiying on the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Academic circles called the "Peking University firefight incident." For more than two decades, like vs Langer and Hayek vs Keynes in history, two of the leading scholars have been arguing and responding to their views and positions. This is a proposition about the government and the market. This is a laudable argument. Industrial policy debate is important because its essence is planning and market debate, the outcome of the debate is related to China's future policy direction. Despite all the hustle and bustle, the debate between the two offers a better look at China, a huge, fast-moving economy. Let us look at the delicate balance between the government and the market from a substantial perspective.
