论巴泽尔产权分析的属性基础

【摘要】：在巴泽尔对产权的研究中,属性、变化性和公共领域构成了其产权分析的特色,其中属性分析是其产权分析的基础。巴泽尔开创性地运用属性这一工具分析了几乎所有的产权问题,对很多问题给出了新的解释,为产权分析增添了新的工具,发展了产权理论,从产权概念、产权界定和产权配置三方面分析巴泽尔产权分析的属性基础。因为资产有不同属性,而这些属性又分属于不同的人,所以在使用、让渡时会反映人与人之间的关系,又由于人们对于属性的认识有限,所以经济产权从未像法律产权那样清晰界定;现实中应该把资源配置给那些对产出影响最大的属性所有者,避免产权被稀释,从而提高经济效率。
[Abstract]:In Basel's research on property rights, attribute, variability and public domain constitute the characteristics of property analysis, in which attribute analysis is the basis of property analysis. Barzel used the attribute tool to analyze almost all the problems of property rights, gave new explanations to many problems, added new tools for property analysis, developed the theory of property rights, and developed the concept of property rights. This paper analyzes the attribute basis of Basel's property right analysis from three aspects: the definition of property right and the disposition of property right. Because the assets have different attributes, and these attributes belong to different people, so when they are used, they can reflect the relationship between people, and because people have limited understanding of the attributes, Therefore, economic property rights have never been so clearly defined as legal property rights; in reality, resources should be allocated to those attribute owners who have the greatest impact on output, so as to avoid dilution of property rights, thereby improving economic efficiency.
